Activity: • Coordination between head office in Stockholm, distributor and customers • Developing spectrometer application schemes into customer production • Demonstrations at most “difficult” customers in Russia, Belorussia, Ukraine, Moldavia and Romania • NIR-calibration development (The Unscrambler, Grams, with PLS, PCA, kNN, ANN, SVM algorithms) for new products (feed, feed premixes, bioethanol, meat production, vodka, wood panels, starch, wood pellets, tobacco, snacks, feed, pet food, sunflower seeds etc. ) • Estimation of pay-back time depending a customer production parameters • Presentations and reports in local and international conferences and exhibitions • Developing and conducting a number of proficiency testing schemes for wheat flour in Russia according to the GOST and ISO standards (equivalent of BIPEA and FAPAS) Achievements: • 16 successful projects in the CIS including: Cargill, Mars, Philip Morris, SGS (projects in Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine), Manana Grain – one of the biggest grain and feed producers in Armenia, Chirina LTD – a company in Georgia with the biggest poultry factory in South Caucasus, Trans-Oil Group – the biggest producer of bottled vegetable oil in Moldavia • Distributor sales managers and service engineers can conduct demonstrations and installations without assistance • Successful rounds of Proficiency Testing in wheat flour quality parameters were conducted with more than 50 participants from Russia and the CIS.

Exclusive distributor of Perten Instruments AB in Russia. The most sophisticated and expensive NIR spectrometer had no sales in Russia. Sales department was finding new customers but there were no understanding how to demonstrate and install the unit correctly. The model belonged to the high price segment. Customers had negative opinion about both the instrument and the method. Activity: • Solved problems with the two existing customers so as they were satisfied • In all new projects went thoroughly through the all steps of demonstration or installation at the customer`s production place in accordance with the local quality standards • After each project I was preparing the detailed reports and presentations for the managers of all levels (laboratory manager, quality manager, director or the production owner) • After sales support • Preparing reports and presentations for conferences and exhibitions in food industry Achievements: • 10 successful projects in Russia including: АPK «Promagro» – the biggest pork producer in the Black Sea region of Russia, «Prodinvest food» – one of the biggest producers of whole milk concentrate in Russia, ZAO «Prioskolie» - №1 poultry meat producer in Russia • Positive test results of the instrument from food research institutes in Russia (Feed Research Institute – VNIIKP, Vegetable Oils institute – VNIIMK)

Regular search and analysis of the market relevant data (supply volume, price dynamics, main players, monitoring of main events and projects, analytical reports). I have participated in developing of the luxury apartment classification.

Russian appraisal company. Appraisers needed the information and understanding of markets related to an object of appraisal. I was preparing the detailed market reviews. Achievements: I have developed the model based on the construction standards which was used to predict the discount from the average market price for this project depending on the level of readiness defined form the photo or video images of the object.
