Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with carriers and collaborative relationships with internal departments Control and coordinate transportation goods to customers (shipment out) and provide accurate data to Finance (Sales recognition) Issue shipping documents in the local ERP (1C) Support with EDI connection with customers Collect documents related to sales recognition and accurately track them in the system and local registers Support and coordinate logistics aspects of locally or globally defined projects (including labeling) Tracing of inventory by part and serial numbers, etc., in the local ERP for further delivery to dealers and control traceability for corporate needs and requirements (Service, Marketing, and RAQA) Support shipment processes when necessary: organization of shipment, importation, and coordination with broker/transportation for DEMO, Refurbished, Registration samples for Stryker LLC Consolidated open order preparation for forecasting purposes Coordination of collecting requested documents by auditors and other third parties Work with customer claims Participate in the physical inventory counting

-Process export shipments -Make bookings -Communication with carriers, suppliers, factories, different departments within the company -Keeping track of all shipments heading to different countries all over the world -Making various databases & daily/monthly reports

-Delivery and customs clearance of goods from Europe and Asia for Samsung sales in Russia; -Improving and enhancing performance with logistics providers -Preparation of necessary documents such as: Shipping Documents and other Shipment related certificates -Generation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
