- Precise knowledge of procedural, civil, land, housing, tax, environmental, criminal, administrative and also vary other spheres of Russian law;
- Large experience in Russian courts of all levels on criminal, civil, administrative and arbitral matters. Ability to formulate demands and counter-claims firmly, tersely and competently, to fight it in court, to orient smartly in changeable situation and ultimately – ability to win matters with a large probability;
- Excellent analytical and drafting skills, ability to elaborate policies and deliver policy advice to senior officers; responsibility, ability to examine a problem thoroughly, to organise the process and to make up decisions;
- Scrupulosity when formulating a legal position and flexibility when holding negotiations;
- Excellent communication, negotiations and advocacy skills; high proficiency of speaking in public, including special audience, to deal with counter-partners, particularly – with law-enforcement officers and other civil servants in Russia, and also with foreigners. Ability to stimulate and hold debates with any stakeholders;
- Good connections with law-enforcement and court officials in Ekaterinburg, and out of a specific law education – all around different Russia and other CIS regions;
- Russian – the mother tongue, fluency in English, good knowledge of German, written and oral translation skills and experience from/into English;
- High educability, readiness to work on any legal, business or administrative position (for example – as a regional representative, associate director etc), willingness to continue education in the sphere of international law, other foreign languages;
- Excellent health, absence of harmful habits, ability and readiness to endure physical and mental overwork, business trips, severe climate and conditions;
- PC user skills of all main programs and legal bases;
- Driving license and experience, an own car.
