Control and operational management of the sidetracking drilling process at the rigsite

Running all survey services as provided by Gyrodata including North seeking rate gyroscopes in all modes on E-Line, slickline, parachute drop and as part of third party Gyro MWD drilling systems. Various auxiliary equipment including Gamma tools, CCL's, Downhole tractors and locking arms. Technical services support Investigation and trouble shooting of problem surveys Training of new hires and junior engineers during offshore operations Lead engineer on various jobs in remote locations requiring the ability to act as liaison with Operating Company. Providing advice with planning of operations and choice of services for clients Processing and generation of Field Survey Reports Completion of end of job client reports Completion of job specific risk assessments and permits to work

Providing first line managerial role, responsible for operational coverage of the area Acting as principal client contact in Congo to establish current and future workload Promoting Gyrodata services in Congo Invoicing clients on a timely basis Supervising all directional surveys completed in area required including reviewing QC and fully checking any survey carried out Ensuring all job preparation is to standard requirements Ensuring maintenance of equipment including ensuring tool are maintained within calibration at all times Supervising ad hoc field personnel including providing any training as required Completing appraisals for local based Field engineers

Assist in planning and scheduling day-to-day testing activities Managing and coordinate job Testing and Servicing Department activities Assist the Head of Department in supervision and evaluation of the job performance Verify that all post-job paper work is complete

As a Production / Operations Geologist: Oversee the production for over 800 horizontal and vertical wells Supervise for over 120 water-injection wells Provide daily monitoring, evaluation and analysis of production performance in order to maximize and optimize production volumes Support hydraulic fracture team and monitoring hydraulic fracture on the field. Diagnose well productivity issues and recommend and implement remedial options Provide a focal point for issues of well performance and production optimization Work-over design and execution Mentoring and training of junior team members As a Shift Engineer: Planning and scheduling day-to-day production and work-over operations and activities Maintain and coordinate job completion Assist the Lead Shift Engineer in providing supervision and evaluation of the job performance Verify that all pre-job planning and paper work is complete
