Analysis and monitoring of basic indicators (Loss Ratio, Acq. Ratio, Administrative Ratio, Combined Ratio, Run-off), and explanation of deviations for HQ in Germany. Creation of reporting terms acceleration system (Fast close; Hard close) and compliance monitoring tools. Membership in a committee of automation of IFRS and Management reporting (1С, Diasoft); SAP migration support and control of implementation. Participation in the preparation of management reporting, monitoring differences between IFRS and management accounting. Limited budgeting responsibilities. Participation in designing a budget model. Analysis and explanation of deviations for management and HQ.
