CPC is the largest international oil transportation project with participation of Russia, Kazakhstan and world’s leading producer companies, which was established for construction and operation of the trunk oil pipeline more than 1,500 km long. The CPC pipeline system mainly collects crude oil from large oil fields of West Kazakhstan, as well as crude oil from Russian producers. - Follow up PO initiation and updates in Maximo software; - Organize technical assessment of equipment procured by CPC-R by the departments in charge; - Follow up endorsement of the equipment design documentation procured by CPC-R; - Follow up the receipt of process control plans for equipment manufacturing process, acceptance tests as well as SU&C schedules and plans; - Generate the lists of support, technical documentation, permits and licenses for CPC-R equipment, as well as arrange for its verification prior to shipment; - Generate delivery schedules to be integrated with construction and installation schedules, make proposals for their timing; - Verify vendors reports on production progress, acceptance tests, packaging, clearing punch list items prior to shipment, inform the Logistic Service Manager of any delays in delivery schedules; - Organize work to review and make changes in checklists at production stage; - Review notices of claim of defective goods provided from warehouses and construction sites, organize correction of defects found with the Procurement Department team, vendors and Operations Department; - Review, approve and follow up CPC equipment mothball and maintenance schedules; - Follow up the warranty commitments schedule of CPC-R vendors, issue recommendations and participate in service agreements execution for post-warranty service; - Systematically review the warehouse stock balance to use it in projects; - Verify 6b and 6с records on customer procurement, plan for corrective actions for construction and installation schedules to minimize impact caused by delays; - Generate regulatory documentation for Debottlenecking project; - Document all the work done (letters, memos, explanatory notes, MOM, reports etc). - Participate in generating Debottlenecking projects construction and installation work schedules considering delivery schedules. - Gather information, file and summarize data on CPC-R procurement status, prepare analytical reports for the Executive Head and for the Engineering & Projects department management.

YAMAL LNG is an integrated project encompassing natural gas production, liquefaction and shipping. The Project consists of construction of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant with an output capacity of around 16.5 million tons per year, using the South Tambey Field as a resource base. The field’s proven and probable reserves, by PRMS standards, are estimated at 926 billion cubic meters. Extensive transportation infrastructure is being built in the scope of the Project, including a sea port and the Sabetta Airport. Material coordinator as EPC Contractor on Yamal LNG project. - Management and coordination of the full cycle of MTO construction of a natural gas liquefaction plant with the necessary materials and equipment. - Participation in the development, approval, implementation and follow-up of plans, procedures, instructions and other regulatory documentation of the project in the part of the MTO. - Organization of interaction of participants in the process (design Institute, subcontractors, manufacturers, technical supervision, technical services of the Customer) in the MTO. - Checking delivery schedules MTR subcontractors for compliance with construction schedules, recommendations about revision schedules. - Prioritizing the supply of equipment to the Company, the adoption of a wide sector of measures to accelerate the delivery of critical positions. - Participation in the company's MTP Commission receipts for quantity, quality, completeness and compliance with the Project, complaint management, control of timely registration in the SPMAT program. - Development and implementation of the management structure of warehouse activities, equipment storage facilities communications necessary to maintain product quality. Taking measures to improve the efficiency of warehouse logistics. - Carrying out scheduled and unscheduled audits, procurement of subcontractors, defining violations of the conditions of contracts, regulatory documentation, regulatory acts of the Russian Federation, development of measures on elimination of detected observations and the exclusion of the possibility of recurrence. - Management of residues from construction and uncalled material and technical resources. - Development of reporting forms for MTO and its verification.

- Participation in the organization of warehouse economy (for LNG plant). - The organization and participation in commission acceptance of the inventory items arriving on a warehouse for quantity, quality and completeness of delivery of the Client (shutoff valves, block boxes, metalwork, pump and other processing equipment). - Participation in carrying out inventory of warehouses . - Collecting and processing of data on shortages, surplus and damages and the timely reporting under them. - Control of accounting the material resources, their movement in warehouses and transfer to installation, appropriate of registration documentation. - Control of implementation of acceptance, customs cleaning, to unloading and transportations of the arriving materials and the equipment. - Participation in development and control of strict performance by SubContractors of the Company on construction contractual obligations, requirements, Plans, Procedures and a TR on appropriate warehousing, storage, loading unloading and use of materials and equipment of Contractors delivery. - Control of carrying out entrance control of materials and equipment of Contractors delivery on construction in established periods and according to Technical requirements and Procedures of the Company.

The plant is producing Gate Valves for Oil and Gas industry. - Checking incoming orders for compliance with the drawings and documentation of design institutes, - Placement of orders for production, - Control of manufacturing products in accordance with the production schedule, - Management of contractual documentation and correspondence with customers, - Monitoring the timely shipment of purchased materials and equipment - Participation in the commission received acceptance at the customer products.
