• Category championship for PL 1N/AU. Coordination, ownership and leadership point for all aspects relating to IWS supplies products (Ink and Media). Owner for full country PL financial performance;
• Driving programs to deliver results on PL 1N/AU with the following metrics: Revenue (CCNS), Sellout (total country domestic sellout) Growth, Aftermarket Share Growth, 1st and 2nd tier Channel Inventory and Gross Margin;
• Influencing and supporting Distribution business manager (for availability and unattended channel performance), IWS retail, and LES commercial RTMs to ensure optimal sales performance of PL 1N/AU;
• Defining PL 1N/AU strategies and promotional plans for baseline and incremental growth in the attended retail & commercial channel and the unattended channel. Execution or influence program contra budgets (e.g. CCBS for Retail) in coordination with each RTM needs. Determination GTM program goals and tracks results.
• Developing and managing delivery of value propositions/messaging into all RTM segments in close coordination with Country IWS Marketing & CEE Supplies Brand Manager. Influencing demand generation promotional campaigns to drive performance and incremental sellout.
• Providing constant inputs and feedback on customer, aftermarket share competition, and general market situation, and offering recommendations to develop business growth or address concerns.
Consumer Sales and Marketing Manager IPG Russia May 2008 – July 2009
• Strategic leadership planning and budget planning on a country level. Country targets and stretch goals planning and achievement within Consumer channel. Forecasting, performance evaluation, reporting, sell out push&pull activities;
• Marketing activities development and implementation (both BTL&ATL), European programs assimilation to the Russian market;
• Achievement of in-store targets in retail in Russia (availability, stockiest, visibility) via merchandising team and extended sales team;
