➢ Full legal support of legal entities incorporated in the UAE: mainland companies, free zone legal entities* , branches upon the following matters: ▪ Registration, liquidation, reorganization of legal entities; ▪ Renewal of trade licenses, establishment card, certificates, etc; ▪ registration of amendments in company`s corporate structure: change of board members, ownership amendments, share capital changes, license activities amendments, etc); ▪ Execution of direct communication with the UAE state authorities (Federal authorities and Free Zone Authorities); * dealing with DMCC, IFZA, DDA, Meydan Free Zone, Dubai South, JAFZA, DIFC & ADGM, other free economic zones ➢ consultancies regarding legal matters of the UAE law including but not limited to: • Corporate Law • AML • Employment Law • Real Estate law • Civil and commercial Law • Virtual assets regulations • Economic Substance • Financial free zones Regulations (ESR) regulations (ADGM & DIFC) ➢ Preparing legal documents under UAE laws and regulations ▪ Corporate documentation: shareholders & BOD resolutions, PoAs, protocols, legal claims, legal letters; ▪ commercial contracts: services agreements, Investment agreements, supply contracts, NDA, share purchase agreements (SPA), tenancy contracts, etc; ➢ Legal support of bank accounts opening processes, including preparing necessary documents, completing forms and applications; ➢ Support in rental dispute matters *Participation in Dubai Rental Dispute Center (RDC) hearings, preparing & documents submission; ➢ Submission of ESR notifications & ESR reports; ➢ Registration of local companies in AML system;
