My main responsibilities are control over cash flow movements of some major clients of Bank (by terms of credit agreements) or over Rossium's investments fund clients(where stake or shares in clients), also analytics and monitoring of management and IFRS financials statements (PL, BS, CF, WC, EBITDA, other forms, include verification) on monthly and quarterly basis. Monthly analysis of quality of suppliers of Clients (for suspicious cash out transactions from currency accounts), preparation if management accounting (quarterly) in some cases. My Clients are from retail (сlothes),agriculture (Econiva - milk production), dealers of agricultural machinery, also Elbor plant. Also I take part in 3 Due Dilligence projects (buyer side) - real estate development for Ingrad/OPIN developer (part of Rossium).

Main achievements - ability to work independently and manage small and medium project teams on different consulting projects (RAS, US GAAP, IFRS accounting advisory and financial statements preparation, SAP ERP system implementation), generate creative solutions for resolving of different project issues and questions. Readiness to work long hours effectively and with responsibility, commitment and motivation to achieve stated deadlines for results of projects. Main projects: Development of united corporate RAS (russian accounting standarts) accounting priniples (standards and methodology) for PAO "Gazprom Neft" and its subsidiaries, methodological support of SAP implementation. Development of big quantity of united complex cards of entries for RAS accounting for parent company and its subsidiaries based on united chart of accounts for SAP (project lasted 5 months). I worked independently with minimal involvement of managers. Participation in preparation of consolidated financila statements under IFRS for Armada Group (Far East, Russia), including calculation of complex adjustments for biological assets (cows,pigs, different crops), Adjustments include processing od big volume of data about movements of stocks by different types. Also were performed other assigned sections (loans and borrowings, include complex discounting calculations of APIC and IFRS Fixed assets register preparation). Participation in preparation of consolidated financila statements under IFRS for Razgulyay Group, including calculation of complex adjustments for revaluation of biological assets (cows,pigs, different crops). Independent work with minimal involvement of managers, also worked with Group auditors and seek and generate acceptable creative solutions for accounting and assessment of some specifiec indicators used in calculations. Participation in 3 consulting projects for Moscow government and leading Moscow universities (e.g. MISIS) with other PwC practice (consulting servises for government bodies ant other) for 3 months: 1.Participation in comparable analysis of Moscow with other 11 world cities (include Tokuo, New York, Seoul, London, Sao Paulo, other) for different urban-related and ecomomic indicators (e.g., cost of owning of car, housing affordability, perinatal centers per capita, etc). Worked with different depratments of Moscow government. Complex search and data processing for different urban-related and ecomomic indicators on different languages, preparation of big quantity of slides for PowerPoint presentation with charts as part of final deliverable to client. Main part of work was executed separately with minimal involvement of project manager. 2.Participation in complex analysis of correctness of place of Moscow for some basic urban-related and economic indicators (e.g. premium office rent per square meter and other) from selected by client and noted ratings for world cities (e.g. PwC Cities of Opportunities, TomTom, 2thinknow, Arcadis, Z/Yen, Numbeo, other). Also were developed actions for increasing of Moscow's place in these retings (interaction with creators of rating/index about changes of incorrect data or methodology or proposal of specific systemic measures for increasing of Moscow performance in some areas (where such potential exist). Complex search and data processing for different urban-related and ecomomic indicators on different languages, preparation of big quantity of slides for PowerPoint presentation with charts as part of final deliverable to client, coahing of junior team members.Primary analysis include processing more than 200 different urban-related and economic indicators form 10 ratings. 3. Participating in project for MISIS and some othed leading universities of Moscow (part of project "5-100" universities for increasing of onternational competitiveness of selected universities). Project include complex analysis of current government priorities in sciences, research and development (R&D) of new technologies in leading top5 countries selected by client (China, USA, France, Germany, Korea) and describe specific priority areas of breakthrough or perspectove research and technologies (e.g. brain sciences, robots,big data) from sources on different languages. Also were analysed R&D support measures in these countries (grants, tax incentives,development banks,other instruments and infrastructure), interaction of industry, business and academic research and described main government bodies and funds, responsible for R&D polic, funding, choosing and setting of priority areas for all types of research and which specific important for country technologies shall develop and why.

Main achievements: Preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP independently. Design and development of corporate accounting standards. Design and development of corporate methodologies and accounting policies in accordance with RAP, IFRS, US GAAP Methodological support of ERP systems implementation Support clients in business processes reengineering and Finance (IFRS standards) departments design. Management of small and medium group of team members on projects. Participation in various consulting projects (examples below): 1. "Coal Mining investments" - Preparation of recommendations for harmonization of RAS and IFRS principles for coal mining holding (to reduce the number of transformation adjustments for IFRS reporting purposes). 2. "Udmurtneft" (subsidiary of "Rosneft"). Participation in the preparation of complex model of projected cash flows for calculation the projected (preliminary) anf actual impairment of fixed assets (oil wells) at the end of the reporting period. Preparation of consolidated FS and reporting package. Complex financial analysis of data of model. Supervision of the junior team members for part of project tasks. 3. "PIK" (development) - participation in the integrated complex project for harmonization and optimization of the process of preparation of management accounting, accounting for RAS and IFRS. Preparation of recommendations on the results of performed analysis and optimization of accounting methodology, transformation adjustments (including proposals how resolved identified problematic issues and gaps) for revenue and costs for management accounting and accounting under IFRS. Supervision of the junior team members for part of project tasks. 4. "Your" ("ТВОЕ" retail chain). Preparation of full transformation models from RAS to IFRS for 50 companies of the Group during 2 months with all the necessary adjustments. Preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS and all disclosures for it. 5. "Cunningham Lindsey Russia"-the preparation of monthly forecasts, balance sheet and support disclosures for group reporting under US GAAP for 2013 and Q4 2012. 6.GK "Morton" (development). Participation in the development of the full methodology of revenue and costs calculation for purposes of the First-time adoption of IFRS by the Group. Calculation of adjustments in all areas of accounting (fixed assets, accouns payable, accounts receivable, loans, inventory, etc.) for the purposes of IFRS accounting. 7. NK "Rosneft" - monthly reporting preparation for IFRS purposes for lot of foreign subs with tight deadline. Supervision of big team of consultants. 8. "Phosagro" - project for harmonization of RAP and Tax accounting for merging entities (Apatit). 9. GMK "Nornickel" -project for description of current accounting (RAP, Tax, IFRS, statistics) as is in MS Visio. Another complex project for development of unified corporate accounting principles for the Group ( RAP, Tax, IFRS).
