- Handling the company’s legal needs, regulatory work, including the proposal of appropriate reaction and minimization of COVID outbreak consequences for the business, general civil law questions; - Drafting and negotiating company’s standard commercial agreements and all procurement agreements; - Legal management and protection of intellectual property (registration of IP in Korea and China); - Establishing compliance with Russian legislation on personal data protection of the Company’s policies on the website.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Handling the company’s regional legal needs, regulatory work and representation of the company towards state authorities; - Managing complex issues, legal research, and interpretation of laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances, including general civil law, contract, litigation, IP, competition/antitrust, transportation regulation, labor law, the proposal of appropriate business reaction; - Negotiating commercial agreements (marketing and partnership agreements),license agreements, intercompany agreements, sales and other agreements; - Drafting, implementation, and supervision of the company’s policies (Confidentiality policy, Data processing policy, Contract approval policy for b2b/sales department); - Local legal management and protection of intellectual property (successful termination of IP infringement and fishing cases); - Establishing compliance with Russian legislation on personal data protection and GDPR compliance framework implementation with regards to clients’ inquiries; - Litigation and dispute resolution (with clients and state authorities). Achievements: - Establishment of a legal function in a company with approx., 500 employees; - Legal management in the undefined legal framework of taxi aggregators business and negative attitude from state authorities inclined to recognize aggregators as taxi fleets with possible tax and regulatory consequences, such as fines/compensations above 500 kUSD or fines from turnover, risk of criminal liability and risk of closing of the business or serious change in business operations; - Representation of the company towards Federal antimonopoly service in antimonopoly investigations on pricing issues and on advertisement issues; - Support of conclusion of intracompany agreements (for provision of services within the group, novation); - Successful implementation of the Contract approval policy (with the clients of the company) and subsequent training on the matter for the sales department; - Successful completion of the local Data Protection Authority (RosKomNadzor) audit with minimal fines for the company; - Establishment of a successful debt recovery process. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Timely and constructive support in various legal issues (including tax, HR, customs, IP) to multiple legal entities DP DHL group of companies at the territory of CIS and South Eastern Europ; - Legal assistance at all stages of contract process (all types of logistics contracts, customs brokerage contracts, all procurement contracts, agency agreements with agents in CIS, and partners within Russia); - Legal advice on the matters of claims and trial strategy, including an attempt to resolve dispute pre-trial; handling of litigation directly or with the involvement of external consultants; - Local legal management and protection of intellectual property, such as trademarks and license agreements. Submission of cease and desist letters to TM infringers, dealing with HO with regards to the IP matters, negotiation of partnership, and licensing agreements; -Participated in a global initiative regarding Competition/Antitrust laws assessment and legal support n countries where the matter is sensitive to the business; - Compliance: building up the compliance system including policies and guidelines, assessment of associated risks, including competition issues, relations with customers, suppliers and employees, reporting and interaction with shareholders and partners; - Risk management. Achievements: - Single point of contact with regards to all RFQ by government-owned corporations for DHL Express and all standard contracts. Implementation of training for sales and business development on successful contracting with positive feedback from the audience; -Establishment of procedure for debt collection from the customers by means of litigation resulting in collecting up to 90% of the debtor indebtedness; -Successful litigation with government authorities regarding the results of audits; - Proactive monitoring of general regulatory changes (e.g. new legislation and jurisdictions); proposal of appropriate business reaction (assessment and implementation of new business processes in a DHL legal entity due to amendments to "loaned labour" legal regime); - Corporate matters: establishment of commercial legal entities, branch office on the territory of Russia and CIS; Name change (ZAO to AO) of a company with a headcount appr.2500 employees; - Successful legal guidance during state authorities audits (Rospotrebnadzor, Labour inspection in 2013, and 2016), other regulatory matters. Secondment to DHL Express Sub Saharian Africa (SSA) Area office (November 2012 - March 2013) Overall scope: Legal guidance with redundancy process within 36 countries across SSA; revision of contracts with major DHL Express customers across SSA. Promotion to the position of Legal Counsel since the 1st of July 2013.

Overall scope: Legal advice on the matters of claims and trial strategy, representation of clients’ interests in courts. - Conducting legal research and analysis; - Drafting of claims and other documents required for litigation; - Representing client’s interests in civil and arbitration matters.
