Was hired by the request of Lukoil Mid-East Limited to work as a piping supervisor at capital construction project management team. Supervising 3 projects simultaneously running by 3 different contractors. Duties & Responsibilities:  Undertaking familiarization with project, discipline, codes and specific inspection documentation to ensure contract requirements are met.  Performing Coordination and providing Engineering Support for the Project.  Providing the management with technical inputs and actively participating on projects developmental undertakings.  Construction Schedules planning assisting per Area and per Discipline.  Guiding the contractor’s discipline engineers on the schedule milestone meets on time or ahead of schedule within and align with client requirements and standards.  Attending all Construction, Safety & Progress Meetings.  Material Procurement: Ensuring that take-offs and outstanding material are correct for successful completion of construction.  Conducting a thorough inspection and monitoring at the job site to give full support and to decide on hand, on some encountered critical issues to prevent delays.  Checking the quality of the engineering/design contractor deliverables in compliance with objectives and specifications.  Assisting management on-site problems, issues, attend weekly quality and safety meetings, coordinate with contractor’s management and engineers to develop and provide corrective and preventive actions.

Main function was to ensure that procured equipment and materials were produced in accordance with company requirements and supplied in time with support of international TPI companies in various countries. Duties & Responsibilities:  Full contract management and support with the inspection companies providing services during manufacturing of equipment and materials ordered from foreign suppliers.  Participation in pre-inspection meetings to solve issues:  Interaction between all parties (Customer, Supplier, Vendor, TPI);  Review and approval of ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans),Inspection points;  Review and discuss production schedules, specifications, technical documentations and applicable codes and standards.  Audits of suppliers, both at the stage of selection of suppliers and production stage.  Verification quality and engineering deliverables in compliance with objectives and specifications.  Verification of the conformity of the manufacturing and shipment processes of products, the quality of production and the shipment of products.  Control of NCRs and punch lists closure by a manufacturer.

 Preparing of Bid documentation (all parts related to quality assurance/quality control and construction concept of linear part of the project).  Analysis of Client QA/QC requirements, codes and standards.  Development of the quality strategy for the project.  Preparing of organization chart, requirements for the number and qualifications of quality personnel in the field.  Preparing of quality plan, quality manual and coordination with the Client.  Preparing of Check Lists, inspection and testing procedures (ITP), quality forms (QF).  Preparing bidders requirements for construction subcontractors.  Reviewing of subcontractor’s bid documentation.  Participation in reviewing of Constriction Risks analysis.  Participation in the Contract development prior signing.  Monitoring of subproject execution in accordance to their approved schedules.  Preparation of initial data to initiate a claim.

Project: Shaybah NGL Interconnecting Pipeline Project / Shaybah Increase Gas Handling Capacity Project  Undertake familiarization with project, discipline, codes and specific inspection documentation to ensure contract requirements are met.  Perform Coordination and provide Engineering Support for the Project.  Projects interface verification.  Was assigned as a project expeditor for pressure vessels vendors, pipe manufacture/pipe coater, storage tanks vendor.  Close coordination with vendors and familiarization with manufacturing/procurement process in order to spot a bottleneck and take required action to assure that materials/equipment will be delivered to the site in time.  Verification of technical solutions through Saudi Aramco (SAEP, SAES, SAMSS and GI) and international (ASME, ANCI, API, ASTM) standards.  Attending all Construction, Safety & Progress Meetings.  Procurement reports generation.  Procurement plan and quality of procurement plan verification.  Liaising and coordination with Saudi Aramco departments involved in project execution: CSD, VID, PID, Purchasing Dep., Mat. Logistic Dep., Operational Dep.  Work cost estimation.

Project: Wasea Bulk Plant Project (SAUDI ARAMCO)  Undertake familiarization with project, discipline, codes and specific inspection documentation to ensure contract requirements are met  Mechanical execution supervision of tanks construction subcontractor  Preparation of hot tap/cold cut package and supervision of the execution  Assist Construction/Project Managers on-site problems, issues, administer QC System, attend weekly site meetings, coordinate with client and sub-contractors inspection department, provide corrective and preventive action plan on various quality issues  Carry out activities such as Procedure Qualification Test and Welder Qualification Test. Preparation and verification of full package to qualify Welding Procedure Specifications. Preparation of method of statement for welding, repairing, gap control and etc.  Check all piping elements and ensure the correct components are installed as specified in the approved Construction Drawing  Take part in procurement meetings with vendors to review technical proposals  Update day to day weld production and reflect it on isometric drawing for proper monitoring of welded joints prior to Nondestructive test activities  Perform material inspection to ensure that correct material is used  Fully responsible for NDT 3rd party subcontractor in terms of the contract, mobilization/demobilization, preparation, execution  Co-ordinate repair work for defective welds and NDE after repair

Project 1: SHBAB-1 Pipeline Capacity Expansion. (Total211km SHBAB-2 Pipeline, SAUDI ARAMCO) Project 2: Tie-in Gas Wells Hawiyah/Uthmaniyah/Shedgum (SAUDI ARAMCO)  Undertake familiarization with project, discipline, codes and specific inspection documentation to ensure contract requirements are met  Preparation of hot tap/cold cut package and supervision  Preparation of method of statement for welding, repairing, gap control and etc.  Carry out activities such as Procedure Qualification Test and Welder Qualification Test. Preparation and verification of full package to qualify Welding Procedure Specification  Check all piping elements and ensure the correct components are installed as specified in the approved Construction Drawing  Take part in procurement meetings with vendors to review technical proposals  Update day to day weld production and reflect it on isometric drawing for proper monitoring of welded joints prior to Nondestructive test activities  Fully responsible for NDT 3rd party subcontractors: in terms of the contract, mobilization/demobilization, preparation, execution  Control repair welds and NDE after repair  Liaise with fabrication shops to conduct different types of jobs, such as structure work, galvanization, counter boring of fittings etc.
