I engage my students with activities and exercises that they are interested in, activities that develop their speaking, pronunciation and reading skills. Because my students are already familiar with the rules of Grammar we focus more on having conversations and debates and other speech challenging exercises, to build their confidence in speaking, and it has been a productive tactic.

I'm responsible for coordinating Math lessons in English language using the school's materials. Helping the children get familiar with the Mathematical terms in English language, also helping them understand the weather and seasons of the year. We also play games that are focused on building vocabulary and their knowledge in Mathematics.

I only work with the International School of Tomorrow (IST), during the summer school program that begins in June and ends in June or early July. I normally teach children on ethics and i assist the director of IST, Dr Leonid Stolyarchuk, in teaching basic photography lessons to the junior high and senior high student. I have gone on two orphanage home camp with IST, during our stay I thought the kids basic English words and pronunciation. We also thought on ethics, self esteem, having dreams and persevering to achieve their dreams.

I was responsible for teaching English to a group of 15 - 16 students, organize speaking club activities and games. I was also responsible for overseeing the group as their leader and helping them participate in the camp activities and taking care of whatever difficulty or challenge that may come up within the group or with any group member. During this period, I was able to develop my human management skill, public and individual communication skill, being able to carry a class along while teaching and engaging your students with your lesson on a personal level. At the end of the camp many of my students were grateful for they had a developed and a firm understanding of the language and grammar usage.

I'm responsible for organizing English lessons and other speaking club activities. Mostly engaging my students with activities that'd keep them speaking and i correct them as they speak, we watch videos, read stories and then have discuss the topic of the video we watched or story read. Using this method helps the students develop their vocabularies and build confidence in speaking and train their listening ability.
