People management. Lead the Scheduling team – 3-7 members (Vehicle Schedulers and Administrative Assistant)  Recruitment and training of personnel for logistic team;  Set long/short-term goals and tasks for team, support and control its fulfillment;  Set individual development plan (IDPs) for each team member. Manage and review plan twice a year;  Annual performance assessment for each member;  Weekly meetings with team to overview current tasks and questions in order achieve operational excellence in the day-to-day execution of order fulfillment, routing and scheduling, dispatching and administration. Contract management – 5-7 transport providers  Prepare task for Procurement team what kind of logistic service need;  Prepare and sign contracts in cooperation with Procurement, Finance, Tax and Legal Depts;  Prepare and conduct Contract Management Plan (CMP);  Implement and coordinate KPIs to optimize service, cost and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment). OTIF – target 95%, result 97% Truck Utilization – target 90%, result 92% Damaged, leak, theft goods – target 0, result 0. POD (proof of delivery) – target 100%, result 96% Unit cost per litr.  Quarterly meetings with providers regarding results, future plans and other issues. HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment)  Participate in Road Safety audits;  Conduct random check of transport before loading goods.  Investigation of incidents and report to Line Manager. Learning from incidents and share its between providers. Achievements  Cost optimization. Due to truck utilization, regular routes review, changing of supply source decrease Unit Cost per liter for 3-5% via target.  Lead the implementation of Transporion (TMS) for Shell Russian logistics. Implementation of this program helps to decrease number of communication between Shell, warehouses and haulers. Makes processes visible and some of them automated. Helped to cut 1 FTE.  Yearly  Organization of optimal system of transportation and tracking of regular shipments to meet the contracts delivery deadlines with customer and hauliers sides. Daily loaded volume average 650K liters, maximum 1,2 mln liters.  Developed and Implemented instruction for pickup goods for customers and supply sources;  Organization logistics document flow. As a result proper storage of docs and fast collection when required.  Developed and Implemented process for claims from customers. Consideration of claims reduced till 3 days against a week or more. Other activities  Support business with tariffs and UC for business need calculations;  Controlling of daily orders and their loading status with operation team;  Meeting with other departments (Sales, Planning, Customer Service etc) to achieve the best operations and business performance;
