Positions: Head of unit, Department of internal markets (October 2020 - present) Deputy head of unit, Department of internal markets (May 2016 - October 2020) Counselor, Department of integration development (September 2013 – May 2016) Consultant, Department of integration development (May 2012 – September 2013) General description: The Eurasian Economic Commission (the EEC) is a supranational body of the Eurasian Economic Union (the EAEU), which includes Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia. My main duty is to ensure the functioning of the EAEU internal market with no barriers. Main responsibilities: - to monitor the legislation of the member states and propose changes to EAEU legislation in various fields from technical regulation to finance markets - to arrange negotiations among government structures, business entities and the EEC - to develop options for elimination of barriers in internal markets - to develop an electronic database for barriers in the EAEU similar to GlobalTradeAlerts (CEPR) and TRAINS (UNCTAD). - to develop the EAEU Internal Market web-portal (https://barriers.eaeunion.org/) - to prepare analytical reports on processes of elimination of barriers - to prepare decisions of the EEC authorities - to coordinate unit work and supervise staff.

- to make analysis of corporate regional clients and government bodies - to check credit memorandums from bank’s branches - to provide credit memorandum on credit committee - to structure regional deals - to support clients in credit lifecycle - to coordinate regional units in order to perform credit memorandums.

- to make analysis of corporate and SME clients - to review financial statements prepared according to GAAP, IFRS, RAS - to provide internal credit rating for lease deals of Hewlett Packard Financial Services - to prepare credit opinion on clients for western credit committee.

- to make analysis of corporate clients in Fuel & Energy sector - to review financial statements prepared according to GAAP, IFRS, RAS - to prepare credit opinion on clients for bank credit committee.
