About me
I am a business analyst with 2 years of working experience in this professional area and with 6 years of working experience in HR area including HR analytics.
As a business analyst I have worked on several internal corporate tools at Grid Dynamics. Now I' m working as a contractor from Grid Dynamics at Google. My main responsibilities look like data analyst's responsibilities: preparation and investigation metrics for internal Google's teams, creation dashboards using SQL-based queries and other internal Google's team.
As a HR analyst I have worked on building and description of business processes, defining HR metrics, preparation corporate reports, improvement internal HR tools and also was responsible for the whole HR team and processes in St. Petersburg office.
I have experience of mentoring junior recruitment specialists and new hires in HR department.
I also have experience as a speaker at HR and IT conferences (American Chamber of Commerce, HR API, CEE- SECR 2016) with the topic of competency model.
I'm open for opportunities since February-March 2018. The most interesting area for me is professional development as a data analyst. Now I'm actively working and studying in this direction.
