I was responsible for meeting foreign speakers in the airport, bringing them to the hotel; for making sure that all the participants of the event have bracelets; and I also helped to handle difficult situations if they occurred

I was responsible for meeting VIP guests and for giving them bracelets for the cocktail party; I helped the speakers with their presentations at their Master classes; and I also worked at the reception (giving bracelets to the participants of the event in accordance with the lists, gave them the needed information and answered their questions).

I was responsible for the management of the Zone “Marquee cinema” and of the parking zone (where I checked if the parking places were paid for). I worked as an interpreter for foreign musicians. I was also responsible for the management of autograph sessions near the main stage; and I helped to organize press conferences.

Work at the festval "Усадьба Jazz“ ("Farmstead Jazz"). I was responsible for meeting guests, gave the needed information and answered questions. I helped to solve various problems and supervised volunteer work.

I had a traineeship at the festival “Wild Mint” where I worked at the press centre and I met speakers, journalists, musicians and guests. Also, I worked as an interpreter for foreign musicians.
