In a collaborative manner, implement, monitor and augment the global Sanofi E&BI program and policies, while embedding compliance into everyday business practices. Act as a catalyst for corporate initiatives in the Global E&BI Organization, and lead and oversee projects as necessary, such as business process improvement efforts Actively participate and coordinate activities as necessary in business integrity audits. Work with global compliance organization in leading and/or participating in special compliance projects as well as temporary assignments assisting other markets. Conduct or assist in internal investigations in alignment with E&BI function colleagues

Develop compliance strategy & plan; develop testing & monitoring plan and participate in execution; improve internal controls based on monitoring results and follow up findings; provide and coordinate appropriate guidance, education, training, and regular communications on HCC; support business partners with the Due Diligence process; lead EMEA HCC projects.

Providing expertise on ethical business conduct, working with company departments to develop and implement appropriate local business standards and procedures in accordance with local laws, US laws (including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA)), industry requirements (including Codes of Business Conduct) and Company policies. Manage the work of 5 HCC Specialists. Provide and coordinate appropriate planning, trainings, assessments and other varied HCC functions; support implementation of new systems; lead cross-sectoral HCCO Committee; design, prepare and deliver HCC trainings for a local company; adapt, implement and deliver global HCC trainings for a local company lead HCC projects; provide the necessary support in the implementation, monitoring and control of the compliance program under the leadership of the HCC Director, Russia and CIS.

Manage the work of two HCC Specialists, provide and coordinate appropriate guidance, education, training, and regular communications on HCC; support implementation of new systems; implement LIDs; manage HCC reviews and approvals; lead risk assessment processes to detect process gaps & inconsistencies; lead HCBI Committees; support the implementation of local testing & monitoring plan; coordinate implementation and following up on the MAP; report unplanned deviations and manage day-to-day inquiries; allegations and investigations and assist in remediation actions; collect and provide metrics for QURVE reporting; develop and conduct HCC related trainings for internal and external parties; lead HCC projects and participate in regional or cross-sector projects; improve working methods.

Update SOX procedures/ work instructions; develop compliance strategy & plan; review and approve Sales, Marketing and Medical activities; lead CCCs, develop testing & monitoring plan and participate in execution; improve internal controls based on monitoring results and follow up findings; provide and coordinate appropriate guidance, education, training, and regular communications on HCC and SOX; assist in MAP implementation; support business partners in the DD process; lead in activities focused on increase of Compliance Level within local pharmaceutical association (AIPM, KZ).

Implement region strategies (incl. policies and procedural documents) on local level; support business partners in the DD process, review and approve HCC related activities including CBA activities; provide and coordinate appropriate guidance, education, training, and regular communications on HCC; take the HCBI-Committee minutes, assist in preparations for CIA.

Archive contracts, make records within ICD system, support communication and training programs, lead the local contract authorization process, work with electronic databases, statistic analysis and reports, managing of local ICD webpage.
