- private/ family fund management (positive experience in asset management and trading for more than 8 years) - fundamental and technical analysis of stocks, derivatives, indices etc; - financial modeling both of investment projects and stocks (DCF, M&A, LBO-models); - preparation of investment memos, teasers

- economic and legal analysis of investment projects, business plans of applicants for grants from the budget of the city; -arrangement and participation in the anti-crisis measures in the distressed/pre-bankrupt companies; - restructuring of Moscow government’s companies debts (both consulting and legal support); -interaction with the executive authorities of the city and federal authorities; -drafting legal acts of the Department/ government of Moscow.
