-Supervise and mentor planning engineers and specialists in their development and training -Coordinate and supervise job duties carried out by Planning team -Coordinate, develop, update and maintain detailed plans for all maintenance and shutdown work within Production and Maintenance operations to include all phases of the work -Coordination of reporting of planned and actual progress status and provide analysis to allow recovery plans to be formulated to return to plan -Control preparation of manpower histograms, S-curves, baselines assignment -Control, develop and maintain database of historical planning information -Responsibility assignments within planning team -Shutdown related material tracing control -Control of development of field integrated 4 weeks look ahead plan -Schedule shutdown and internal planning meetings

- Supervise Document Control (Control of receipt and transmitting technical and administrative correspondence). - Analyze and control of technical documentation (structures, piping isometrics, equipment drawings, vendor drawings, general arrangements, technical queries, bills of materials, instructions from Client, reports, procedures, specifications, methods of statement, non-conformities, work and test packs, turnover documentation, QA/QC documentation, time sheets) - Distribute incoming documents for QA/QC, Construction and other departments, sub-contractors. - Coordinate requisition of required for pre-fabrication and erection materials (FMR) according to drawings, procedures and specifications of Client. - Coordinate records for Materials traceability. - Coordinate incoming materials. - Field inspections (control progress of piping, piping insulation, structure erection, structure fireproofing, scaffolding ) - Preparation of requests for information, technical queries to Client (RFI, TQ) - Preparation of daily, weekly construction progress reports (replacing or together with Planner, using Primavera Planner Project (P3) software). - Coordinate with Sub-contractors (documents, materials, planning). - Any kind of Management support (including translation ). - Taking part on weekly progress Client’s meeting.
