- Checking of technique specification ordering for production. - Checking of technique pricing. - Clarification of available production slots and possible production time. - Order placement for production. - Orders correction on accordance with requests. - Tracking of placed orders for production since quotation creation up to technique delivery to the customer. - Record keeping of the production time adjusting. - Negotiation and confirmation of contract terms (delivery, payment terms and time, equipment prices and delivery costs). - Making of technical documentation translation for installing software in Russian (technical description, specifications, and pricelists). - Maintaining various order databases and preparation of regular reports. - Commercial correspondence with distributors and suppliers. - Coordinate all daily inbound shipping and receiving activities to include configuring loads, coordinating with different carriers to assure proper delivery of goods, establishes priority schedules. - Gives work direction and supervise shipping personnel, both internal and external carriers, related loading of products, receipt and stocking of materials - Communicate with customs point for orgazation of custom clearance

- Handling assigned Dealer accounts in different Data Bases by controlling order details, information on payments terms, timely input of data on payments and security instruments, management of credit codes and timely releases - Negotiating of payment terms for the contracts and structuring of corresponding finance instruments (Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Promissory Notes, etc.) - Controlling overdue Dealers' account and follow- up of deviations from due dates under the contract. - Performing reconciliation of balances maintained in Data Base on Dealer accounts with the Dealers and with the accounting office, investigating credit discrepancies and potential credit problems - Handling collections under financial instruments & ECA (export credit agency) supported transactions - Preparation reports for different bonuses charging, corresponding with accounting, and analytical reports. - Scoring Dealer Performance in Credit for the assigned group of accounts

-Coordinate all daily inbound shipping and receiving activities to include configuring loads, coordinating with different carriers to assure proper delivery of goods, establishes priority schedules. -Provide accounting department with accounts payable and all additional documents (invoices, transportation documents, customs declarations); follow up all payments and ensure on-time remuneration to forwarders, customs points and transportation companies; proper enter all customs declarations in the system. - Gives work direction and supervise shipping personnel, both internal and external carriers, related loading of products, receipt and stocking of materials -Coordinate outbound logistic – pay transport invoices, provide accounting department with accounts payable and all necessary documents from transportation companies
