1) Full implementation of ISO 22000/HACCP system from the very start (the finishing stage of certification audit was successfully overpassed in December 2012, the certificate is collected): elaboration and development of documentation, interplay with certification consulting and expert organizations, arranging of trainings and seminars for all the employees, providing of all the audits, control of procedures and instructions accomplishment regarding to all the company’s departments. 2) Food safety control during the work flow of manufacture, storages, engineering and transport departments; providing of regular audits for mentioned departments. 3) Pest control actions: coordination of contractor's operations, organization of preventive anti-pest measures. 4) Food safety analyses arrangement: outwashes of equipment and hands/clothes of personnel, filters control, water probing, raw material control. 5) Gauges (scales, thermometers, thermohygrometers, gas analyzers) control, arrangement of their verification and calibration. 6) Work-flow coordination and assistance in communication amongst foreign (English speaking) and Russian colleagues.

1) Implementation of internal quality system; prescribing and development of warehousing activities, logistics, damages&claims, mutual relations with suppliers, pre- and post-sales support; conducting of audits and trainings for personnel. At the moment the QS project is successfully implemented (August 2011). 2) Technical support activities (substitution the position of technologist): actions with claims, including control for delivered production (conditions of goods, exposure and estimation of damages, etc), direct attendances of clients, workup of technological claims and their solution, arrangement of claims for suppliers and control for their compensations; organization of necessary certificates; technical informational support of other departments and clients of the company.

1) Accomplishment of the start-up project of the plant including elaboration of technological specifications, instructions, certificates, quality standards, etc. 2) Administration of Quality Control Department, decision of defect production, claims resolution. 3) Management of statistics, implementation of ISO 9001, HACCP, WCM quality systems for the plant. 4) Realization of the project of the whole plant’s equipment and spare parts transit across custom authorities of Russian Federation. 5) Work-flow coordination and assistance in communication amongst foreign (English- and polish-speaking) and Russian colleagues.

1) The start-up of the plant, including pre-works and preparations, participation in technological standards elaboration, starting tests for equipment, staff recruitment, writing of job descriptions, etc; 2) The work-flow control of chemical processing department, including lacquering and printing of thin MDF plates, planning and realization of standards for raw materials usage, personnel management, quality control, etc; 3) Consumables control, registering and reporting in SAP data base; 4) Translations of different documentation and literature in English, Russian and Polish.

1) organization of technical instructions and outer/inner trainings for the company’s production (graphical, printing and office consumables), its properties and technological features recommendations according to different printing kinds; 2) Arrangement and regular organization of “Paper Schools” and other kinds of presentations as for the Company’s staff, as for the clients and their personnel; 3) Actions with claims, including control for delivered production (conditions of goods, exposure and estimation of damages, etc), direct attendances of clients, workup of technological claims and their solution, arrangement of claims for suppliers and control for their compensations; 4) Actions for customs and organization of necessary certificates; 5) Marketing support compiling of data bases: a) for production assortment and b) comparative characteristics for the “Map Paper” and competitors’ production parameters, also regular monitoring of the company’s production changes; 6) Long-term deputation of Logistic Manager.

1) Development and administration of The Pre-Print Department, synchronization of the department’s fork-flow with another company’s units, planning and purchasing of all necessary materials (inks, varnishes, solvents, emulsions, screens, etc) for the department;, 2) Arrangement and conduct of manufacturing database and archiving of all the jobs, composition of ink-recipes by ”PANTONE” system; 3) Quality control (colour, adhesion, etc) of printed production, Running of tests and experiments with inks and other chemicals; 4) Making of tests for new-coming materials (inks, solvents, printing polymers, etc.).
