Assist in IFRS audit and consulting projects

 Assistance to executive director in building business strategy for redevelopment of the factory premises;  Supervision of main financial aspects of the Factory;  Treasury and cash management functions: coordination of cash flow forecasting process, communication with banks and loans management, control for timely debt collection from renters, preapproval of bank transactions;  Financial expertise of all significant agreements;  Advice executive director on risks in the company, cost analysis, proposals on costs improvements;  Relations with local authorities and lawyers;  Relations with external consultants and auditors;  Projects controlling: prepare calculations for tenders, prepare presentations for owners on new projects, assessment of new renters, control over factory’s building restoration, provide project risks assessments, market surveys;  Control over advertising campaigns and mediaplans, relations with designers

 Budgeting and administration of the department work, engagements management, participation in holding tenders;  IFRS and Russian GAAP audits and reporting of forest harvesting and coal extraction clients;  Consolidation and transformation of Financial statements in accordance with IFRS;  Internal control environment review and verification;  Participation and holding interviews in recruitment process;  Support in reorganisation of audit approach, development of templates for audit engagement, implementation of new audit program;  Employees' learning facilitation and development of internal trainings

 IFRS consolidation and transformation, preparation of Financial statements and reports in accordance with IFRS;  Preparation of analytical, product cycle and product flow reports;  Liaison with independent actuary on evaluation of pension plans for the Group;  Incorporation of acquisition of GMK Norilsk Nickel in Group reporting;  Review and follow up on covenants on loans of the Company

 IFRS and Russian GAAP audits of major Russian Energy and Resources clients;  Consolidation and transformation of Financial statements in accordance with IFRS;  Internal control environment review and verification;  Interoffice and due diligence engagements;  Participation in recruitment process (holding interviews);  Employees' learning and development process facilitation
