- Involved in commissioning & start-up of CPF (Oil, Gas and Utility plants), Well Pads & Export pipeline of Badra project in Iraq; - Preventive and corrective maintenance, work activity management; - Arranging and ensuring maintenance and repair of mechanical process equipment such as Centrifugal & Reciprocating pumps (Flowserve, John Crane, Sulzer, Finder Pompe, Edwards, Patterson, Cat pump, Johnson Pump, SEKO, Milton Roy), Air compressors (Kaeser Kompressoren, Carrier, Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand), Export Gas Compressor (MAN), Gas Turbine (Hyundai), Diesel Engine Generators (MTU, Caterpillar, Perkins, Aksa, Marelli Generators), Gas Engine Generators (Waukesha), Steam Generators (Bono Energia), Blowers (Everest, MAPRO), HVAC system (Carrier), FD Fans, Centrifugal Agitators, Tanks, Heat Exchangers, Valves including Pressure Safety Valves, Pressure Vessels, X-mas Tree, Pipelines & Gathering systems; - Condition monitoring of rotating equipment (SKF Condition monitoring unit, SKF laser alignment tools) - Work with Permit to Work system in SIMOPS zone; - Work with CMMS SAP system – notifications; work orders; materials ordering, tracking, utilization; - Lifting operation supervision; - Monitoring and ensuring availability of materials, spare parts, consumables, tools for maintenance and repair; - Mechanical equipment reliability analysis, development of measures to reduce failures and improve reliability. Review of the root causes analysis for equipment failure; - Quality control over construction and commissioning of mechanical equipment at newly built facilities; - Planning & execution of Plant Shutdown activities; - Close cooperation with different departments of company; - Coaching & On-Job Training for local mechanical technicians; - Prepare a report on any new ideas for improvements in the maintenance or operating of the facilities; - Provision of fulfillment of normative documents requirements on the maintenance and repair of equipment, consumption of materials for maintenance and repair needs and analysis of usage of these materials and spare parts; - Provision of fulfillment of Operator’s Policy on health, safety & environment in the field; - Participate in Asset HSE Programs (Stop/Audit/Incident Review). - The number of subordinated persons: • 5 engineers; • 18 technicians.

- Liaise with Contractor representatives to ensure of maintenance and repair of mechanical process equipment - Monitoring and ensuring availability of materials, spare parts, consumables, tools for maintenance and repair; - Implementation of Maintenance Strategies and Procedures for Facilities - Development of Rotating & Static Equipment Operating Procedures - Identification of spare parts required for reliable operation - Carrying out troubleshooting/inspection to establish root causes of failure (RCFA) - QA/QC (quality assurance/quality control) for major maintenance of rotating & static equipment - Liaise with vendor representatives to ensure qualified maintenance of rotating equipment and to gain on site work experience/knowledge - Continuous improvement of reliability and availability of rotating equipment by implementation of MOC system - Maintaining equipment histories and technical information for major maintenance activities - Preparation of documents for Contractors prequalification & tender process - Participation in Budget analysis & year forecast for mechanical department - Work with SAP R3 system: financial module, material module - Taken active part for integration of new budget program “AVRORA” - Participation in innovate project “Economics for Business Unit” - Familiar with document control system “Lotus Notes” - Participate as member of HSE commission for the inspection of works at Company Facilities on weekly basis

- Planning & execution of different type of inspection activities at Company Facilities on weekly/monthly basis - Liaise with Contractor representatives to ensure inspection of mechanical process equipment - Maintaining equipment histories and technical information for inspection activities - Provision of fulfillment of normative documents requirements for the inspection of Mechanical equipment reliability analysis, development of measures to reduce failures and improve reliability. Review of the root causes analysis for equipment failure - Liaise with “Rostehnadzor” representatives to ensure inspection of Lifting equipment & Vessels under pressure - Development of Rotating & Static Equipment Inspection Procedures; - Participate in internal/external inspections of Vessels, Tanks, Lifting equipment as certified inspector - Participate as member of HSE commission for the inspection of works at Company Facilities on weekly basis - QA/QC (quality assurance/quality control) for maintenance & repair of static equipment (Vessels under pressure, PSV, Tanks, Pipelines, Lifting equipment)

- Preventive and corrective maintenance, work activity management on daily basis - Arranging and ensuring maintenance and repair of mechanical process equipment such as Centrifugal & Reciprocating pumps, Air compressors, Diesel Engine Generators, Welding equipment, different types of Valves including Pressure Safety Valves, Pressure Vessels, X-mas Tree, Pipelines & Gathering systems, Rocking machines, - Monitoring and ensuring availability of materials, spare parts, consumables, tools for maintenance and repair - Liaise with Contractor representatives to ensure of maintenance and repair of mechanical process equipment, including Wells Workover activities - Work with Permit to Work system in SIMOPS zone - Provision of fulfillment of Policy on health, safety & environment in the field - Participate in Asset HSE Programs (Stop/Audit/Incident Review). - The number of subordinated persons: 10 fitters; 4 welders;

- Carry out maintenance and repair of mechanical process equipment such as Centrifugal pumps (high pressure water injection station, CPF oil pumps), mechanical seals, different types of Valves including Pressure Safety Valves, Rocking machines; - Work with Permit to Work system in SIMOPS zone at oilfields; - followings of fulfillment of Policy on health, safety & environment in the field
