• Planning and organization timely shipments in cooperation with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses and customers; • Constant support of customers on spare parts supply issues; • Preparing of technical description of goods for customs clearance; • HS codes selection and justification; • Customs clearance control; Controlling of KPI achievement: forecasting accuracy, back order ratio; • Updating inbound tracking file of shipments on daily basis; • Ensuring the permission documentation according to the Russian legislation; • Preparing and checking of shipping documents (invoices, PLs, certificates and etc.) for Finance Department to release the goods; • Organization of promo materials delivery to clients; • Preparing internal reports; • Work with claims according to the terms and conditions of the Contract.

Organization, supporting and control of the entire process of importing goods, from placing orders to goods receiving at the warehouse and obtaining permission documentation: • Search new suppliers (Europe, USA, China); • Negotiation and signing of contracts with foreign suppliers; • Maintaining correspondence with foreign suppliers on all issues; • Monitoring and tracking of the optimal quantity of warehouse stock; • Placing orders with suppliers; • Control of timely execution of orders; • Development of optimal delivery schemes; • Organization, control and coordination of cargo traffic; • Control and preparation of the required supporting documentation; • Customs clearance; • Organization of product samples delivery and preparation of all permission documentation; • Work with claims; • Certification of new products; • Organization of foreign suppliers’ visits to the Company; • Supporting and negotiation with foreign suppliers during their visits; • Simultaneous translation and logging during the negotiations; • Control of accounting and shipping documents; • Maintain balance and signing reconciliations with suppliers; • Coordination of financial flows; • Maintenance of weekly reporting.

• The acceptance adoption, execution and modification of orders; • Optimization of orders for the correspondent transport means; • Organization and control of shipments; • Storage control; • Preparing of accompanying documents for shipment and customs clearance, taking into account the features of legislation of a country; • Search and ordering of transport means; • Providing a client with the information concerning availability of the goods in stock; • Solution of client’s problems concerning all non-commercial issues; • Preparing data and issue certificates (per shipment), certifying the origin of the goods in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation; • Receiving, processing and transmission accounts to the Purchasing Department for service payment.

• Procurement of equipment and tools in European and Asian countries (mainly China); • Placing of orders; • Determining minimum inventory of goods and ensuring the availability of necessary quantity of goods at the warehouse; • Preparation and registration of documents for customs clearance (contracts, terms of delivery, payment, invoices, specifications, licensing documents) ; • Control of mutual payments; • Organization and control of shipment, acceptance and storage of goods; • Coordination and control of warehouse operation, transport services; • Product quality control; • Work with claims; • Maintaining daily and monthly sales reporting, as well as stock reserve; • Business correspondence and negotiations with foreign partners. • A daily and monthly procurement report preparation, as well as report preparation concerning the state of the warehouse stock.
