Expenditures Processing Executive
Having been a part of large Commercial Shared Service Center team, I was mainly responsible for internal client support in every step of commercial contracts processing. Me and my colleagues from Contracts and Expenses Group were kind of link between Key Account Executives, Legal and Financial Departments, which combined clients' requests with all regulations and restrictions into official documents. These were my daily activities as Expenditures Processing Executive: - checking the necessary documents are correctly provided in accordance with all contract creation procedures; - contract PR/PO creation and fulfilment (via SAP) according to contract negotiation card; - making sure the contract’s conditions are checked and approved by legal and internal control functions; - creating the contract which meets both legal tobacco promotion regulations and initiator’s requests; - final downloading the contract into the corporate systems (directum, SAP). The second part of my job is Payment Documents and monthly rewards calculations for our partners (via MS Excel&Macro), which is: - forming EXCEL calculation forms for reward amount reconciliation with initiators; - checking in special data source (Astra/CUBE) the contract’s services are provided correctly and are to be paid for; - calculating the reward sum according to agreement’s conditions; - issuing the final Payment Document and Act (via macro&Excel). - following the documents up till they are closed and downloaded into the systems. This position requires a lot of interaction with colleagues from different departments and client-oriented state of mind. Which I’m totally successful in:) I was twice rewarded by our supervisors for the good services and high level of clients’ satisfaction and got positive feedback and gratitude from several internal clients, who marked me among my colleagues as especially good and helpful specialist. Also, once I was rewarded for upgrading payment documents macro, which made this part of job much easier for my team. Alongside with Contracts and Payment documents, I got a short, but useful experience of internal platforms and trainings administration, SalesForce data analyses, weekly and monthly statistics reporting (via MS Query and Power Pivot), which involves working with large data volumes.

Programs Administration Executive
Unfortunately, my experience in Programs Administration team was not as wide as I would like it to be, as after 5 months of my working there the team was disbanded due to several large corporative programs closure. Yet, I got develop many and many new useful skills in reporting and sales analysis, received an experience of working in several new systems (JIRA, SalesForce, learning platforms) and seriously upgraded my technical skills, including creative ones in MS Outlook:) These are only brief list of my daily activities: -Corporative Programs learning platforms administration and support, -sales reporting, -weekly internal stimulation program results -report preparation (via MS Query and PowerPivot), -HR reporting (MS Excel), -questionnaires and trainings organisation and technical support (various platforms), -uploading sales data to Sales Force.

Almost 5 years in this role gave me an exciting and interesting experience of working with many different people on international telecom arena. Before start reading, kindly note that my present location is Saint Petersburg, so I am only available for online interview. Hardworking and active, yet, patient and precise, I do my best whatever I'm busy with, believing there’s nothing I can’t handle.
