• Memorizing VIP guests, their room numbers and guest preferences • Answering the phone, being in direct contact with the guest on the phone, meet and perform all the needs of the guest, informing the guest with any information that is needed following the company privacy policy standards • Being very accurate and attentive with the guest, aiming to exceed guest expectations • Investigating any guest complaints and passing investigation results to the higher management • To train all new team members in accordance to the standard training manual in order constantly to achieve the quality targets of the hotel
