⦁ July 22, 2013 – July 01, 2015 – ASCO - Azerbaijan Position: Warehouseman (SPS/Sangachal Terminal) Duties: Received all equipment and materials (valves, mechanical materials and etc.) inspection and check all of them physically and paperwork. ⦁ Ensuring that all requests for materials are received and located safely and accurately in accordance with relevant BP procedures ⦁ Drilling. ⦁ Products for drilling rigs, pipes and others ⦁ Send and receive, drill pipe to check their descriptions and documentation ⦁ Responsible for checking the accuracy of packages, materials and documentation on receipt ⦁ Responsible for preparing, packing goods, documentation for shipment and their registration in the system. ⦁ Collecting and proper packing of required materials as per Work Order ⦁ Checking of received materials as per PO/Manifest description (type, dimension, grade, class, mc number, serial number, schedule, heat number) ⦁ Segregation and allocation of materials into designated locations according to MSDS ⦁ Ensuring thatdouble check of materials at warehouses on monthly basis. ⦁ Ensuring that all materials stored in Warehouse and external storage areas are in compliance with operationprocedures ⦁ Ensuring that all received materials are unloaded from supplier's vehicles in a safe manner ⦁ Sending collected materials to clients as per “Issue and Delivery Notes” ⦁ Attending and contributing to Toolbox Talks ⦁ Communicating and maintaining a good working relationship with clients ⦁ Other reasonable tasks as required by ASCO Management Projects: Reconciliation, Operations July 01, 2015 – Present – BOS SHELF LLC Position: Warehouseman (BP AGT REGION INTEGRATED LOGISTIC SUPPLY BASE) Driving License: Valid for category “B” OTHERS: Personal Skills: ⦁ Strong communication skills ⦁ Ability to plan workload and priorities effectively ⦁ Ability to drive change ⦁ Ability to accurately handle paperwork and documentation ⦁ Ability to identify priorities, coordinate resources and manage the performance of operations activities ⦁ Ability to coordinate and supervise work teams ⦁ Supplier Management (SM); Inventory Control ⦁ Preparation and Implementation of Procurement Strategies ⦁ A team player able to work independently Ensured procurement, maintenance, replenishment and reservations of items in warehouse meets production and maintenance requirements, high level of liaison with Functional Managers Screening and approving of purchase requisitions to avoid duplication of stock Ensuring effective communication between warehouse and operations in order to achieve quality, cost and delivery objectives, agree minimum reorder points of stock items to avoid production disruption Develop policies and procedures ensuring efficient materials handling and safety program in place Preparation of Audit and Inventory reports, Forecast trend for frequently and slow moving goods. Minimize obsolete and surplus stock through diligent monitoring of inventory movement and regular planning with end-users, execution of Inventory stock checks and reconciliation Identify and implement cost improvement targets, to reduce inventory and increase efficiency of company working capital, ensured that warehouse premises specifically covers HSE aspects.
