Concepts developing, elaborating design of trade equipment, managing personnel, advertising and technical support.  Development and distribution of advertising materials and trade equipment for TOP 10 retail networks in CIS countries in co-operation with biggest Russian agencies, such as “Petr&Pavel”, “Virtu” and “Vitrina” – the leaders of advertising and trade equipment.  Consultative support and management of regional merchandising departments in 9 cities of CIS courtiers. The responsibilities included: setting the targets, monitoring, quarterly attestation of respective people in regional representations of Sony via teleconferences and on field master-classes.  Developing and conducting the trainings on merchandising, psychology of sales and communication skills for promoters, merchandisers and other employees of the company.  Preparation of informational blocks for the official Sony website for the sections: “Shops” and “The History of the Company”.  In co-operation with the agencies “Petr&Pavel” and “Virtu”, developing and organizing production of advertisement materials and trade equipment, developing and implementing the program of target advertisement materials as well as distributing the demonstration and trade equipment.  Developing the training program, budgeting, planning and organizing the process of training, conducting trainings and attestations, administrating the training results database.  Developing the retail projects. Direct merchandising.  Development and distribution or marketing and advertising materials to the shops in Moscow. Results:  Opening of specialized shops Sony Center in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg. In co-operation with the agencies “Peter & Pavel” and “Virtu”, new conceptual equipment types for demonstration of the advantages of Sony’s new technologies were developed. This allowed starting mass production of new stands for shops. For this work Sony won prestigious awards of Russian and international exhibitions, including: 2004 – SuperStar Russia in international exhibition "Shop Design". Stand "Digital Sony Studio" won 2 gold medals (nominations “Innovations” and “Design”). 2006 – The biggest All-Russia Exhibition – "Best Points". The stand of new High Definition won 2 first prized in the nomination “Innovations” and “Technical Solutions”.  The lectures on the history and strategy of Sony were prepared and read to businessmen, journalists and regional dealers.  Considerable increase of the number of sales points with priority positioning of Sony brand in TOP5 CAV companies (e.g. “Technosila”, “MVideo”, “MIR”, “Eldorado”, “Electricheskiy Mir”): from 10 sales point in 1998 to 100 in 2000.  In the team of 2 professionals a new innovative system of trade for 30 CAV shops (Consumer Audio Video)was dveloped. For the first time in Russia, the priority positioning approach was used resulting in top level of Sony brand positioning among all producers of CAV. As a result of the work of the team, for the first time, Representation of Sony in Russia won first place in prestigious nomination “The Best Display of the Year” in the European competition among foreign Sony’s representations.  Participation as honor representatives from Russia in World Conference of «Sony – 2000» in Tokyo.
