• Signed a major partnership deal with a leading content provider in Ukraine and successfully conducted 2 joint events in Kiev as well as product training for the partner’s employees • Signed a long -term partnership deal with one of the leading content providers in the tax industry to resell their product as a bundle with TR products in Russia / CIS • Represented Thomson Reuters at various profile events (Eastern Economic Forum, Kazakhstan Legal Forum, Legal Awards in Ukraine and etc.) • Signed a few break-through deals in Uzbekistan in a highly competitive environment • Learned from scratch the process of automation of legal documents in Contract Express and subsequently successfully automated a large number of legal documents for existing and new clients in Russia (ranging in complexity from NDA, Minutes to complex commercial agreements (e.g. advertising services contract, partnership agreements)) • Conducted pre-sale Contract Express demonstrations for new potential clients in Russia / CIS and collaborated closely with the global automation team (UK, UAE, South East Asia, Australia) • Devised and successfully executed a marketing strategy, increasing the number of warm prospects by 20% • Officially served as a data privacy officer for the Moscow office. • Gained an in-depth view of digital publishing business in Russia in order to develop TR e-book platform for Russian speaking customers • Signed and onboarded 5 new local content providers • Partnered and collaborated with global Technology, Product and UX/UI teams to launch the iOS and Android versions of e-book platform. Initiated the first mock-ups of TR’s e-book store in Russia. • Provided and maintained an independent translation into Russian of whole e-book interface (Web-site, mobile and desktop) • Represented TR Russia at the global internal E-book / Print Summit in Minneapolis, USA where successfully established good communications with founders, developers and senior management of this e-book app.

• Elaborated and launched the new business strategy of entering into Latin American reinsurance market and as a result brought first major sales from Latin American projects. Advised top management of the company on various legal issues arising from the international activity as well as in Russia • Represented interests of the company at FIDES Conference in Santiago, Chile. Organized and conducted business meetings with C-level management of international and South American reinsurance companies (Swiss Re Brazil, Navigator, XL Catlin and etc.) and as a result brought +5 new business partners from Latin America

 Taking part in the procedure of risk control self-assessment (RCSA)  Recording cases of operational risk arising in the Bank.  Due diligence work, making researches on new amendments in the legislature and its influence on banking activity.

• Conducted various researches on investment climate of regions of Russia which helped to formulate an Investment Roadmap of Russian regions (English /Russian) aimed to create better understanding for foreign investors about the benefits to invest into a particular region. • Created internal overviews of the newsfeeds related to the theme of foreign investments into Russia • Contributed to the organization of meetings with foreign delegations, instant translation (English, Spanish)
