Personnel coordination Ensuring the receipt of all required reporting, both for customers and within the company (bit programs, daily reports, investigation reports, equipment operation reports, work optimization measures, etc.) Carrying out basic calculations of hydraulics, BHA, investigation of incidents, preparation of technical analyzes Participation in production meetings and working groups for the operation of drill bits Preparation of financial documents

Control proper maintenance and unfailing service of the GE Tensor and its analogues MWD equipment, providing qualified personnel and its work; Direct long-term and ongoing plans and schedules of GE Tensor and its analogs MWD equipment maintenance and repair; Organize preparation of telemetry system equipment, ordering and supplying of GE Tensor MWD system spare parts and components; search and contact with local MWD parts supplier and distributors Participate in negotiations with the contractors regarding MWD technology utilization, consider the claims concerning GE Tensor MWD system utilization; Organize prompt decision with the Customers during DD & MWD service operations; Prepare necessary documents for the tenders regarding MWD service operations; Participates in staff recruitment, organizes and controls the training process of the hired people regarding MWD equipment usage; Perform the duties of a contact person with DDs and MWD operators, and also specifies the tactics, consulting, determination and resolution of problems with DD & MWD processes, which provide the production design manufacturing; Participate in the meeting with the Customers regarding MWD equipment usage; Ensure the service personnel performance of orders and instructions of Company management, the chief of labour safety department and industrial safety, the personnel manager, and as the actions provided by certificates, instructions of the Company and supervising bodies; Ensure the technology compliance with safety rules requirements and instructions on safe operations, operating schedules and process regulations. Prevent work with broken equipment, tools or devices and others. Take measures to stop the work, shutdown in case of health and life risks of the employees. Making different instructions and SOPs for field personal. Translating MWD/LWD manuals and other technical documents from English into Russian.

Making different instructions and SOPs for field personal in both English and Russian languages. Translating MWD/LWD manuals and other technical documents from English into Russian.

Contacts with Customers' representatives regarding MWD system GE Tensor functioning. New MWD operators training. Verbal and written translations English-Russian, Russian-English.
