Management and participation in projects in the field of improving enterprise management systems: - business processes (description, definition of optimization zones and distribution of responsible ones), - organizational design, - development of performance indicators, - budgeting, - Due diligence (operational) - audit of the internal control system within individual business processes (operational effectiveness of control procedures) - development of commercial and technical proposals for existing and potential customers, preparation of contracts - marketing activities (public speaking, publishing in professional magazines - Financial Director, Personnel Mix, FinancialDirector)
