- Department management (4 persons); - financial institutes relationships (security and currency purchasing, deposit of securities monitoring, control over providing information for bank enquiry); - negotiations with partners on the terms of securities delivery and providing of other broker-dealer services.

- coordination of Project evaluation Department activity (2 persons in subordination in S-Petersburg and 10 in Cherepovets); - financial analysis of existent manufacture, financial modelling for development or a new project, estimate of the optimal size and structure of investments; - Cash Flow Budget - analysis and estimate of potential investments, coming to agreement with project author about them; - project realization monitoring; - project profitability analysis; - company valuation, share cost estimates; - coordination of relationships with other Departments and partners of the Company; - site content monitoring; - negotiations with authors of projects and investors on the issue of financing

- Trader-analysts team management (10 persons). - USA equity market analysis, analytical review of stock market for the Company site. - Stock trading (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX); – account management. - clients consulting.
