Role: calendar and resource planning (for an engineering subcontractor scope) , schedule control (weekly meetings, actions, follow-up), progress control (by means of meetings with discipline leads), scope change control, engineering change control, interface with subcontractor. 2019 - 2020. Pre-Feasibility Study for copper/nickel deposit development on Novaya-Zemlya Archipelago. Role: Recognition site survey. 2018-2019 Fabrication and supply of fired oil heaters to Slavyansk refinery. Role: Project controls of design, fabrication and installation of heaters. 2016-2018 Potash Plant for Eurochem(FEED, DD); my role - development of contractor's schedules in P6, progress controls&reporting, schedule control (schedule control meetings, risks, mitigations). 2013 - 2016: LNG plant on Sakhalin. Project Engineer for pre-FEED, FEED and Declaration (petition) of Intent for a new LNG plant at Sakhalin. Marine faciliities, Pipeline and LNG plant. Particularly regarding Planning: Compilation of contractor schedules to ensure consistency with Project master-schedule, schedule&progress control, reporting. Separately from above - development of a methodology for management and schedule optimization of Basic Design - FEED - PROYEKT package development. Also a few minor brownfield projects in Angarsk, Perm.

I’ve had experience in the following Upstream projects: CAPEX projects at three SakhalinEnergy offshore platforms located in Okhotskoye sea: Molikpaq, LUN-A, PAB, including Planning (1 - 3 level schedules, the latter based on workpacks, for construction) and Scheduling of Project Portflio. My particular achievement in planning and scheduling is, as a minimum, development of a scheduling tool for Sakhalinenergy Projects Dept., which enabled asset managers to correctly plan construction activities on offshore platforms with given labour resource restrictions. The tool is currently used as I know and appreciated. Also, planning multiple brown-field projects is a great experience for a scheduler\planner, see below my projects. Project engineer in consultancy project. Developing project execution plans (some input in), project calendar schedules, cash flows, control budget, participate in resource planning on early stages of projects (benchmarking statistics provided by Jacobs Consultancy), participate in risk evaluation sessions, interactive calendar planning sessions, schedule control sessions. For calendar planning used MS Projects, for resource planning used own tool. The project was: Upgrade of gasoline/diesel fuel quality, portfolio of projects on three major refineries owned by TNK-BP.

Project Engineer for Kandym gasfield development project. Developing Project Execution Plan for Kandym gasfield located in Uzbekistan. Project was executed by Toyo Engineering (concept design, management), TyumenNIPIneft (FEED) and Giprogazoochistka (detail design); with some minor participation of Uzbekistan engineering/construction companies. Essentially my job was definition and allocation of scopes of work to participants, developing basis of applicable standarts (mixture of Russian and Uzbekiston regulations), high level planning, develop project execution plan. Project was stopped on early stage due to political/ownership turbulence in Uzbekistan around the project.

Material coordinator/Procurement specialist for Sakhalin-1 Onshore Process Facilities Project The job was mostly civil/structural materials coordination. Design was done by a major Russia design company VNIPINEFT, and my task was to ensure all materials from civil/structural drawings ( BOMs as separate document are not done by Russian design companies) are purchased and correctly allocated to construction workpacks. The job was done successfully using my own tool, which was further preferably used by construction team (preferably to Fluor’s MaterialManagement software).
