Ensure compliance of Company and Contractor QA/QC Plans (Policies/Standards/Work Methods/ITPs) are followed by LMEL and Contractor Discipline Supervisors. Construction Leadership of supervision to establish the guidelines that the overall program will follow during Construction MC and Startup phases. - Understand and utilize the Construction Work Pack Process discipline. Utilize the Construction networks steering towards MC Completion. - Gather information about the site activities being undertaken by Contractor and Subcontractors in support of the Construction Manager. - Promote harmonious relations and the welfare of all site personnel. - Further ensure that the contract schedule is implemented and maintained and that resources are available to define the requirements of construction requisitions for required services and temporary works. - To ensure that all temporary works, supports, heavy lifts, transportation etc. are properly executed in the field. - To ensure all fabrication facilities and field activities are coordinated, effectively supervised and controlled by Contractor appropriately qualified and experienced supervisory staff. - Ensure contractors' labor strengths and skill / competency levels are compatible with site requirements. - Ensure contractors' resources, plant, tools and consumables are made available to satisfy and maintain programmed work needs, linked with required skill set with HISTOGRAM. - Ensure that the pre-commissioning procedures are utilized. - Liaise with the design engineers regarding Engineering Technical Query’s. - Organize functional activities in accordance with the applicable laws.
