● More than 10 years working experience in multinational oil and gas industry. ● Experienced supervision of staff including warehousemen, labors, carpenters, riggers and operators with equipment assigned e.g. cranes, forklifts, loaders, trucks and trailers. ● Consistently engaged in all aspects of logistics, stock control, receipt, storage, inventory and issue, ensuring safety practice.Organization of cargo deliveries to the different parts of the island in a timely manner using logistics systems. Coordination of the activities of all participants of the logistics chain. ● Good understanding of international business practices. Proven experience in developing cost efficiency and savings, risk analysis, risk mitigation, resulting in substantial project cost savings. ● Experience of working on the construction sites for Sakhalin II projects located in North of Sakhalin Island. Worked on rotational and residential basis. Was involved in Sakhalin-I Project, Odoptu First Stage Production, final phase and start of asset transfers, equipment demobilization. ● Proficient in English. ● Proficient in Windows OS; MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), has an operational experience with the professional software SAP program. ● Strong analytical and business judgment skills with proven ability to coordinate work of different groups and departments to solve complicated issues in order to meet project deadlines. ● Efficient work with expatriate specialists; high communicative skills (constant communication with the specialists of different fields, supervisory authorities and Client’s representatives). ● Ability to work efficiently both individually and as a team-player by being a self-confident and self-motivated.
