• Direct, review, control and analyze medium term, long term planning and backlog for 2 platform at Gas Production Facility, LNG manufacturing plant (2 Trains including Gas Turbines, PR/MR Compressor, Acid Gas Removal Unit, Main Cryogenic Heat Exchanger, and Heat Recovery Steam Generator), Power generation plant including 3 boilers and 3 steam generator, LNG and Condensate tanks, Offshore Receiving Facility, Utilities plant and Waste Water treatment plant. • Direct, review and control the quality of proactive and corrective maintenance planning including the prioritising of works, the quality of work pack for major equipment overhaul/shutdown, coordinate among crafts, maintenance historical data and lesson learned from every critical job. • Prepare, review and control the scope of works for shutdown opportunity, Turn Around and Major Equipment Shutdown; work together with activity planning and turn around team to ensure that the critical jobs should be executed in the first opportunity. • Review and control the critical spare parts, including budget preparation and monitoring, to ensure that the quantities and budget are adequate for planned and unplanned work. • Direct and ensure CMMS modules are fully utilized including work order management, preventive maintenance, job plan, equipment, inventory, purchasing, labour, calendar and resources • Define and monitor equipment bad actors; the equipment bad actor should have been identified (production loss impact, repair costs and frequency of fail) and planned for repair and/or improvement • Coordinate all the maintenance works with related vendors if required; call out vendors, clearing the scope of works and ensure the propriety tools are provided. Also to ensure that conflict between vendors are rare. • Standardized Planning work by preparing the Planning Guideline; in term of monitoring and clear expectation of planners work as well as setting the standard quality of planners. • Review and monitor the maintenance KPI to ensure that the target achieve in consistent way. • Follow up Management of Change; to ensure that MoC is well planned before execution. • Direct the continuous improvement in the planning section; to optimize all the resources within maintenance including spare parts, man power deployment, scaffolding, and lifting equipment • Involve in MAXIMO to SAP migration; to ensure all planning will not be impacted due to the migration.

• Review, control and analyze daily work orders and backlog (PM, modification, corrective, and PdM) for GPF, LNG site (including 2 trains, LNG tanks, ORF, Storage & Loading and Utilities) and NPF. • Supervise, direct, plan and coordinate all aspects of routine maintenance planning activities, including: defining problem code, job plan, work type, work priority, determine their relative task sequence, defining resources and personnel requirement, identifying spare parts, materials, tools and service for each step within a work order to ensure the safe and timely execution of work. • Prepare work package to be executed for major equipment overhaul/shutdown including, preparation detail scope of work, material requirement (ordering and specification), method of statement (procedure) for certain job, job sequence that related to other discipline, coordinating with other discipline and resources such as lifting (fix/mobile), scaffolding and emergency team for confined space entry and also for all safety aspects of the work scope. • Coordinate schedule for execution for major equipment overhaul/shutdown and corrective works including complex job scheduling sequence and simultaneous operations identification. • Control and monitor work progress, work order closing, equipment data history and lessons learned for improvement of work plan. • Review and monitor maintenance strategy to be more executable and with high standard. • Direct and control weekly planning meeting for 2/12 week look ahead maintenance schedule • Direct, plan, review and control critical spare parts of all LNG equipments using SAP, to ensure availability of the critical parts for emergency, repair/shutdown and normal preventive maintenance as well as the common and special tools. • Actively involve, participate, and initiate continuous improvement using 5 why method and root cause failure analysis. • Review, monitor and control electrical/instrumentation maintenance KPI. • Key User on Maximo Work Management System.

• Direct, plan, coordinate and control short and long term concentrating electrical/instrumentation maintenance planning systems, 52 weeks maintenance schedule using MIMS/Ellipse – CMMS as well as plant shutdown for fix plant (including crushers, conveyors, sag mills, ball mills, pumps, compressors, valves, motors, sub-station, MCC etc). • Setup, implement and control Reliability Centered Maintenance system for concentrating electrical/instrumentation using MIMS/Ellipse-CMMS and RCM Turbo software. • Prepare, review and analyze maintenance planning system including preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, reliability program, condition monitoring, and material requirement planning of concentrating electrical/instrumentation department. • Develop accurate annual capital and operating budget, in order to provide support maintenance guidance in achieving its goals according to KPI with dimension US$ 8,000,000.00 annually • Review, monitor and control all projects and plant modification at concentrating electrical/instrumentation to ensure the project is completed in timely manner and standards. • Review, monitor and control electrical/instrumentation maintenance KPI and KRA • Direct, plan and control critical parts of all concentrating equipment, to ensure availability of the critical parts for emergency, repair/shutdown. • Direct and analyze Root Cause Analysis using Apollo RCA method in supporting maintenance group to find solution to solve problem. • Negotiate and assist in setting up service contract that performed by contractors or consultants • Develop, coach and motivate subordinates to enhance skill, knowledge and capability with dimension 5 staff and 5 non-staff as direct subordinates. • Key User on change of management from MIMS to Ellipse and a trainer for maintenance planners in concentrating division. • Member of mill safety committee to ensure the Freeport Safety, Health and Environmental (FRESH) implementation to comply with NOSA safety system and OHSAS 18001.

• Assist ore flow electrical to maintain and troubleshooting electrical and control equipment in crushing and conveying system. • Assist ore flow electrical in commissioning, installation, start-up, and modification in the crusher #6. • Project to modify program at conveyor#51, old ore pass system and Y2K survey in ore flow electrical.
