I am a passionate, value-driven Product Owner with experience leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to plan, build, launch and manage world-class web applications. I leverage my background in technology, Agile project management, and graphic design to strategize, prioritize, and manage simultaneous projects per specifications and budget restrictions. Throughout my career, I have been trusted to advise and guide global project teams. My ability to collaborate with stakeholders, executives, and developers to effectively understand and translate requirements into technical specifications is my strong suit. Further, my leadership capabilities extend through the product development lifecycle, from ideation to product testing and launch. In addition to my work experience, I am a Fulbright scholar with two master’s degrees in Communication Design and Marketing (USA) and in Graphic design (Russia). When I am not working, I am an avid triathlete, mentor to young women in tech, and volunteer for various animal shelters.
