Director of Outsourcing & Subcontract Manufacturing (OEM, ODM, JDM conditions).
Сonducted deep preselection works of preselection (along more than 100 companies) and executed an on-site audit along precelected chosen leaders (21 companies which located in China and Russia as well), for find OEM or ODM and JDM as finally result R&D company with assembly factory like the main purpose. The whole project 2025 capacity included 10k base stations, 50k personal wrist held electronic wireless devices and 5k hand held manage devices for supervisors. Have been checked and evaluated OEM ODM business models like potential type of relation but JDM model was chosen as the result after mutual duscussing of on-site audit results. R&D works launched by two selected winners companies (located in China) which responsible for hardware of personal wrist held electronic wireless devices and two selected winners companies (located in Russia) which in charge for assembly of base stations. For avoid of disclosure of sensitive information allow me explain several numeros without relation to any currency or something else units of measurement please: For wrist held electronic devices we had target price (which expected like absolutely unreachable) in 350 but now we discussing 245 level as mutual benefit compromise solution win-to-win type. For highest labor expensive devices (base station) the target (which evaluated like unreachable in advance) was in 7200. But now we in discussion about 4550 level as mutual benefit compromise solution which has win-to-win type. All those results I reached in conditions of very strong labor and production capabilities shortage due to my own designed evaluation strategy (based by "Design for manufacturability" D.M. Anderson Design method) and preselection evaluation and negotiation methodology (which totally based by my own entire designed methodic).

Cost reduction Project Manager
During time of working in the company main device cost reduced in about 30% as the result of my suggestions and execution acts. From the end of February 2022 lounched extra urgent project of main device redesign in terrible conditions of cuted all our long time back logs and orders which have been plased by Silica, Avnet, TTI, Arrow, Future ect. I am created new alternative parallel supply chain instead existed which became forbidden. A lot of components replacements have been found and approved for mass production through my efforts. About the company: Atol is famous Russian R&D Software and production company which produces wide range of fiscal equipment and Digital Tachographs for automotive trucks&buses markets. The company obtained first place in the industry (removed from the third place earlier) during my work in the company(and regarding to my work results of course). I am established and built new and modern purchasing team instead previous team. My main task was establishing from zero full SCM for new company busines direction (mass production automotive equipment). I had established right rules for certain components choosing by device R&D stage. Besides I arranged procurement for foreign and russian subcontractors of all necessary for production proces components units and parts. Electon is the biggest russian switchboards end power frequency converters manufacturer devoted to drill hole dived pumps managing. Besides in-oil-drilling-hole telemetrical measurent equipment designer and maker. Achivements: Import substitution for Rehm Thermal Solution equipment had reached 70% in 6 months from the equipment assembling in Russia mutual project had launched. And level of localization should to reached 95% in nearest couple years due to my efforts I spent to. Several direct contracts with manufacturers have been signed. Critical dependency from several parts or components and units (same like Infineon (Eupec) IGBT modules for example) have been avoided (had broken in did). Producing equipment quality became higher due to source diversify work which I done. In the same time total cost holded by flat level or had been reduced. A lot of business matters related to purchasing conditions and circumstancies for example incoming prices, terms of payments, terms of delivery, buffer stocks, flexible backlog management, payment postponements without additional percentage ect. I made more much attractive for the company owner. For example the maximum payment postponement was 8 months for regular deliveries (not for project). It is not too bad result by unpredictable Russian market for currency nominated low margin goods I guess.
