As an optimisation process of activities transfer related to ATM purchasing and availability management from Retail Business Department to Operations Department was created new department with following function:
- ATM availability management (Keeping targeted >95,4%);
- ATM financial monitoring (country ATM Cash level responsibility);
ATM purchasing and delivery agreements support (Managing vendors and getting best condition for the Bank: NCR, Wincor Nixdorf; Rosinkas, Inkakhran, Brinks, IAS and many others in charged into ATM delivery process);
- Organisation of the economical and technical rotation of the ATMs;
- Regional branches functional management related to the Self-Service Network;
Main achievements:
• Establishing new unit processes and hiring very strong team of 19 employees (1 Deputy, 2 Team leaders and 6 Senior specialists, 6 Specialists and 4 Senior specialists). Implementation of SMOT (Labor Motivation System for unit and Regional Branch Service Managers who was under the functional management of the unit related to ATM activities).

• Total ATM Up-Time (Operational, Technical, Communication) >96% (Y2008 – 89%);

I previously had experienced in Banking industry for many years. After, I was moved to Head of ATM operations & support position, developing new area for me and meeting very challenging goals. After several years I got an offer from Diebold (ATM manufacturer from United States) to lead Integrated and Managed Services Business Development position in CIS countries and then Sales management role for Russian market afterwards. Currently I'm in a General Manager position in LLC "ATM market" the distributor of GRG Banking Equipment (ATM manufacturer from China). This company belongs to bigger group of companies "Banking and Financial Systems". Our shareholders are Spanish residents and I'm happy that life connected me with such effective people.
So, I got extensive experience in Sales and Customers Relationship Management. In Banking Operations, Infrastructure support and delivery management, in leading and driving complicated outsourcing projects.
