I am Omar Khaled El-Toukhy, received my bachelor’s degree in Petroleum and Petrochemical Engineering on May 2014. Then after I started working as a Teaching Assistant for petroleum engineering at Cairo University, then worked as a junior technical engineer at GREEN environment consultants in different studies and assessment reports related to Petroleum Industry, then I started working as petroleum production technology engineer at the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) and now I working at EGPC-APACHE JV (Khalda Petroleum Company) as a Production Technology Engineer. Since 2008 my passion was to work on the oil and gas field and to be one of the world’s key experts it, and to have a great role regarding energy saving and efficiency, commitment to the environment and society. I achieved first part of my goal by graduating from petroleum and petrochemical engineering with GPA is 3.717/4 (Excellent grade), this helped me to start my career fast and to step my first steps to reach my goal. During the past years I believed and participated in Non-Profit Organizations, as I believed that every person has a duty toward his society and the people around him not only by money but also more by knowledge and needed services. I was a head committee at SPE (Society of Petroleum Engineers), Cairo University, then as SPE instructor for junior students, then representative and presenter at Oil and Gas Horizons Conference at Gubkin University at Moscow. The various tasks I have been involved in with my life long skills improved my analytical and creative ability to learn quickly, identify issues and propose solutions and I am sure that this will give me the honor to be a person that your esteemed company will depends on.
