Team leader in charge of the whole project of the Field Development Plan of the dual porosity Casablanca Field and with the direct responsibilities of: - Reservoir zonation: Reservoir properties distribution maps. Oil/Gas saturation, porosity, net pay, oil-water contact map. Definition of boundaries and regions from reservoir connectivity. - Petrophysical model: Porosity determination, shale volume, water saturation, contacts, net rock determination and results. - Reservoir evaluation: Rock and fluid property model, core analysis, Kr, capillary pressure, residual gas saturation, PVT analysis and validation. OGIP/OOIP calculation deterministic and/or probabilistic. - Reservoir management: RFT, MDT and BHS interpretation, well test analysis. Drive mechanism. - Reservoir simulation: Data input, initialization, history match, predictions, analysis of the results. Artificial lift. Expected Production profile analysis (oil, gas, water, pressure decline). Recovey factors. - Production engineering: Well performance, production profiles for well and for the complete field, inflow performance relation (IPR), schematic completion design. - Drilling engineering: Drilling campaign with geological prognosis, section depths, trajectory of the proposed wells, pore pressure profile, fracture gradient, material selection, time and cost estimations. - Completion design: Tubing sizes, including diameter, materials, connections, ratings, etc. - Surface facilities: General layout of the offshore, platform and pipeline, general components, analysis Assessment on material selection in all facilities, paraffins, asphaltenes and corrosion, and possible treatment for inhibition. Flow assurance assessment. - Economic evaluation: Production rates, Capex and Opex, Abandonment Costs Risk and uncertainty for capital and operating costs, calculations and analysis of results. Main parameters for oil price and inflation

Operations in Kurdistan, Yemen & UAE with the main functions: - Establish and maintain regular communication between work site and base, with the client, drilling contractor, Weatherford's management, Well Site Supervisor and all other company representatives providing services onsite. Providing relative feedback and regular management advise to all parties concerned. - Overall responsibility for all operational and technical project aspects from the Base office. - To provide direct co-ordination of contractual issues and activities, whilst reporting all information directly to the client and regional Weatherford management. - Overall management responsibility for operational and technical personnel involved during the SDS project. - Oversee personnel logistics, timesheets, equipment maintenance, new inventory issues and invoicing, with the assistance from both the Country base and regional base in Dubai. - Collation and distribution of all project related reporting files and work cards. - Overview and assessment of all the ``end of well reports'' prior to client submission. - Regular client meeting attendance for review and updates on all operational, technical and Q&HSE related matters. - To ensure that any project changes or additional requirements discussed with the client, meet current acceptable practices for Weatherford's CPD & T operations, and all details are reviewed together with the Well Site Supervisors. - To prepare and distribute all case histories and lessons learned as required. - To advise Regional SDS management on any potential market interests in the region for services over and above provided at the project.

Operations in Kurdistan & Yemen with the main functions: - Manage daily activities of Well Engineering Group, including DDR, EOWR and drilling programs. - Provide technical support to all Air/UBD/MPD operations in the region. - Conventional and Coiled tubing drilling knowledge. ; - Evaluate, prepare and assist the client with the design of each drilling program, whilst coordinating all data and requirements with the Project Manager to enable a constant project overview towards meeting client's objective - Ensure equipment specifications meet project requirements, with Hazop & Hazip project studies. - Maintain and ensure the global job history database up to date in WPTS. - Read and interpret real-time data, formation well logs, directional survey information and other wellsite data. - Monitor well conditions, specify injection rates and back pressure to ensure Underbalanced drilling. - Coordination of Wellsite Drilling Engineers activities. - Assist on the UBD candidate selection and prepare UBD feasibility study for each candidate. - Responsible for Project Document Control, including Management of Change documentation.

Operations in Argentina, Bolivia and Brazil -Build tools required to make drilling and formation evaluation measurements and for transmitting information to the surface while drilling the well. - Control well pressures; avoid kicks/losses with dynamic well control. - Assist the directional driller in drilling the well horizontally or through multiple reservoirs to maximize the potential of the well. - Read and interpret formation well logs, directional survey information and other wellsite data. - Maintain equipment inventory and supervise movement to and from the wellsite, as well as performing rig-up and rig-down duties. - Check equipment and advice on repair requirements and interpret real-time wellsite data. - Maintain a computer database for ongoing jobs, daily reporting and end-of-well reports. - Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness, complying with the regulations according to Halliburton's Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.

- Review and validation of - PVT reports the laboratory. - PVT characterization of hydrocarbon mixtures. - Use of simulators phase behavior and phase PVTI WINPROP. - Review of core petrophysical information and geophysical logs. - Review of models for KR curve generation. - Review of building simulation models in ECLIPSE and CMG.
