As Regional Operations Lead, lead a team accountable for delivering End User Support to 10k user across 6 countries (Russia included), through both outsourced and locally managed service provision. • Actively participated in the transition of services from 2 global vendors to a single vendor (Wipro) delivering End User Services • Participated in all phases of transition project from planning through to hypercare.
