(Reported to the Rig Manager & led a team of 3) Responsibilities: As Preventive Maintenance Supervisor, carried out tasks on the rig, from a technical, equipment and safety aspect in Khazzan oil Field, Oman, for all secure drilling services operation as per the specified Key Performance Matrices- * Ensured completion of daily preventative maintenance as per the checklist. * Tracked all equipment to keep them functional while submitting for repair, if required. * Ensured that green tagging in the shop is completed prior to mobilization. * Was responsible for making sure equipment is functional and inventory lists complete before sending equipment to location as well as green tagging manifold. * Interacted with 3rd party service providers on the rig, such as the mud loggers, mud company, MWD and directional services, among others. * Trained and mentored crew members while on the rig site. * Participated in pre and post job meetings with the clients * Conducted safety meetings on the rig & adhered to all QHSE procedures and reported any incidents Accomplishments: * Played a major role to set up robust maintenance process to achieve remarkable performance level. ;

(Reported to the Rig Manager & led a team of 3) Responsibilities: As Chief Mechanic, handled operated at the onshore rig 142, as per the set Key Performance Indicators- * Interfaced with specialized departments, such as transport and mechanical, and fabrication facility, which manufacture porta-cabins used at the rig sites to accommodate drilling and rig crew. * Managed machining services, equipped with bays, lathes, boring machines, milling machine, shapers, valve repair and testing equipment, grinders, welding and cutting machinery, and warehouse storage, * Undertaken repair and manufacturing services of down hole tools, such as cross-over, subs stabilizer, flat bottom mills, wash over shoes, taper mills and pup-joint, double studded adapters, spools, flanges, and nipples used in drilling . Accomplishments: * Made significant contribution to effectively lead team within estimated timelines. ;

(Reported to the Rig Manager & led a team of 3) Responsibilities: As Rig Mechanic, engaged in steps to eensure proper maintenance of equipment, observed safe work practices, & inspected completed work as per the defined Key Performance Matrices- * Maintained vigil to assess condition of the mechanical components during the course of normal operations. * Planned & executed an active preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime or unsafe situations. * Diagnosed and supervised repairs on malfunctioning of all types including diesel and gasoline engines, rig draw works, power end of mud pumps, air compressors, transmissions, & related equipment to assure continuity of operations. * Conducted safety and housekeeping checks to ensure observation of proper practices as per the SOP. * Advised rig foreman and crew members on the proper care and operation the equipment in use. * Supervised subordinates and directed craftsmen on loan from the drilling equipment maintenance division of rig. * Performed pipefitting, plumbing, welding, building craft activities on the rig or residence facilities. * Established work priorities & provided drawings or sketches as required. * Carried out on the job training program for company employees undergoing mechanical, and welder training. * Supervised and monitored hydraulic crane activities and the operators. * Developed requests and verified receipt of material. Accomplishments: * Successfully prepared & maintained up to date maintenance records on all rig equipment & effectively scheduled work relating to project management programme in the most efficient & least disruptive manner. ;
