Sourcing cosmetic raw materials/ingredients of world brands in Turkey, Europe and worldwide, communication with foreign suppliers, placing orders, checking export documents. Established contacts and created a database of distributors and suppliers of cosmetic raw materials.

• Core responsibilities. Managed a full supervision of shipments starting from outsourcing products, searching suppliers (or potential buyers) overseas, making purchase queries (or sales offers), negotiating to foreign manufacturers (or prospective buyers), placing commercial orders, handling export documents, shipments monitoring to addressing quality claims with producers. • Achievements. Found a long-term direct manufacturer in China. Before that, the company was purchasing the product from a trading agent. Convinced the supplier to turn to a new way of financial deal via China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (Sinosure) with deferred payment. Managed to sign an extremely important contract with the supplier that allowed to the company to start and expand its business. This deal made the item import the most profitable project for the company and boost the purchase volumes up to 130-200 tons per year by total purchase amount USD$ 2,000,000 a year. The advanced payment term made the company’s turnover steady and let the company to avoid liabilities to the suppler and credits from banks.

• Core responsibilities. Translating letters and presentations of gold mines from Russian into Chinese and English and vice versa. Interpreting during negotiations with Chinese investors and customers. Assisting the manager in export operations to China by helping to solve customs issues with overseas partners during importing gold bullions from Hong Kong to China. • Achievements. Coordinating local jewelry factories and handicraft workshops for participation in a fair of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia) held in Beijing (China), May 2014. Expanded the number of clients for the bank - the participating enterprises opened business accounts for international trading. The fair had got wide public exposure and positive feedback from both Chinese businesses and visitors.

Export-Import, Purchasing, Sales, International Logistics Functions: Executive manager, Purchasing manager, Account (sales) manager, Product manager • Core responsibilities. Arranging daily work of 5 employees (purchasing managers, logistician and accountant), spreading workload and giving errands. Managed a full supervision of shipments and client accounts that included searching for potential customers and/or suppliers, products outsourcing in Asia and/or China, proposing products and purchasing queries, negotiations with foreign customers and suppliers, pricing and making price-lists, calculating complex orders for a full sea container, checking and adjusting label contents, implementing quality control and logistics/shipment control, handling export documents (issuing invoices, packing lists, certificates), handling customer complaints and addressing quality claims with producers, handling financial statements (client and supplier accounts receivable and payable), visiting exhibitions and overseas manufacturers sites. Advising to the company owner on efficient management organization. • Achievements. Abridged orders turnaround time. As new customers had been brought to the company and within five years a working database of clients and seafood suppliers from China, Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea had been built up, the company turnover increased by reaching to USD$ 20 million a year. Designed labels of Japanese style sauces, which became recognizable in the Russian market.

Outsourcing goods for export to Europe. Core responsibilities: product search, price inquiry, price comparison on wide range of goods. Designed the website for granite products and a logo of the brand "Foray" for stone products.

Core responsibilities. Taught a range of psychological courses and conducted social-psychological trainings and cross-cultural communication seminars for bachelor degree students. There were 15-30 students on average at seminars and 50-100 students at general lectures. Assisted to the dean in career guidance for senior high-school students. Main secretary of the admissions committee (for over two years) - collecting and registering documents and supervising applicants during examinations. Designed a cover of the Collection of articles for Ethnic psychology conference held by the Department of psychology and a booklet of the department. Out of the university I practiced coaching sessions to improve social and sales communication skills in small groups of 8-12 persons.
