1. To insure compliance with supply contract schedule of static, rotating, firefighting equipment and instrumentation by vendors: - timely provision the technical documentation - timely placing suborder - monitoring of compliance the schedule of manufacturing, inspections, packing and shipment. 2. Communications: - holding procedural meetings (KOM, PIM, regular meetings) - organising unscheduled meetings with responsible engineering teem for resolving the issues - organising face-to-face meetings with Vendor’s management, providing official correspondence -organising interactions on issues of bank guarantees, payments, logistic and accounting documentation. 3. Risks and issues analysis. Development and approval of risk mitigation plan. Providing measures to reduce the impact of issues on the Project execution schedule.

- Preliminary analysis of terms of order and terms of delivery; - Contacting the Vendor representative and preparing the acceleration plan which shall be completed in accordance with PO category requirements; - Planning the schedule for the field expeditor attendance of delivery in case this is provided for by the assigned PO category; - Checking the Vendor’s schedule for consistency with the PO terms and the shipment date; - Checking the Vendor’s documentation issuance schedule and the status; - Taking all the required actions to monitor the consistency of the documentation amount released with the approved schedule; - Control of compliance of the sub-vendors’ statuses with the plans agreed before; - Performance assessment, where the expeditor shall pay special attention to shipment dates, engineering interfaces, installation feasibility; - Development of suggestions for remedial actions directed to the timeliness of shipment; - Issue of weekly and monthly reports on PO status; - Coordination of relevant inspections with an inspection team; - Logistics team interface regarding shipment issues.

- Development of project procedures, agreeing on procedures with Client, updating procedures; - Forming the risk log, updating the risk log, following up implementation of risk mitigation actions; - Keeping the area of concern log, following up implementation of actions; - Following up implementation of minutes decisions; - Forming other reports for the project.

- Auditing; - Analysis of risks incident to business processes, key risk recognition; - Evaluation of availability of an effective system for internal monitoring of business processes; - Planning of corrective actions for elimination of deficiencies of the internal control; - Audit report preparation; - Post-auditing and corrective action tracking; - Advisory for the working group on the internal control building.

Auditing of the ventures within the holding, as well as the Company units: - Field auditing of enterprises within the holding: procurement, marketing, sales, logistics (case study of the business, fraud discovery, abuse of office by persons in charge); - Analysis of activities of the Company units (identification of risks and abuses of office); - Participation in internal investigations; - Participation in tender committee; - Identification of contrived companies providing commodities and materials (providing services) to the company and the enterprises of the holding; - Procedures auditing; - Qualifications-based selection of vendors.

-Arrangement of monitoring and inspection of the accordance of the materials, components and services purchased at the plant to the market prices and regulatory documents. - Working in the Tender Committee. - Development and completion of regulatory documentation (regulations, instructions, lists). Development of executive documentation (orders, directions, decrees). - Working in SAP. Stocktaking. - Debts monitoring, proposal development and control of reduction of Indebtedness. - Warehouse surplus inventory control. - Arrangement and conducting of meetings with a broad range of specialists involved.
