Responsible for all IT & communications & TV-media, automatics, safety, security, nurse call system and electronic queue physical infrastructure at clinics and hospitals in Moscow (6 large locations). Results: All tasks were performed by single engineer. Initially started and completed inventory and documentation of telecommunication infrastructure. New infrastructure has been deployed for the relocation of the group of medical hospital departments.

There what have been done by myself: - Design and implement company standards: quality standards for installation workers, engineers, purchase team and support. - Design and implement internal training program for installers. - Set up list of production norms including sales prices calculations based on time costs. - Define project management activities standard, structure of reporting and procedure for server storage of the company's project history. - General management of the most significant company's projects: Russian Railways-Medicine net of hospitals, NTV office main building, "Skolkovo Business Park" (Zarechye) complex.

Hypermarkets Karusel constuction: - technical specifications (development and coordination), - project design verification (all internal engineering systems including fire fight), - bill of quantities and detailed estimates, - supervision, start-up, acceptance. Launched 4 hypermarkets Karusel: Samara, Vyborg, Sergiev Posad, Serpuhov.

General management of company construction projects, responcible for project team, tender proposals and negotiation, project implementation, procurement and supply chain, internal reporting and workflow, financial reporting, contracts with customers and contractors, installation works, commissioning. Interaction with the service department (operation and maintenance). All engineering systems (excepting elevators). Responsibilities and activities details: - Full technical responsibility to perform all scope of project life: project planning, project design, installation, engineering (programming, start-up, instrumentation, troubleshooting, commissioning) and handover. - Full financial responsibility: invoicing (including it’s preparation, forecasting, billing and payment control); accepting of suppliers and subcontractors invoices, based on work progress; Customer credit limit control; reconciliation with Customer and Subcontrractors. - Resource planning: share engineering team between projects, invite external resources (Honeywell India engineers or tender for subcontractors from partner list) - Purchasing: order all equipment and material, delivery (if it’s up to contract terms, organize delivery to the site). Warranty replacement. - Management tools (internal programs) for forecasting, progress and budget control, electronic contract approving tool. - Legislation: prepare bilingual contracts and subcontracts, responsible for proper approval process. - Risk review and safety plan preparation. - Pre-sales activity for new projects together with sales. - Transformation of install contracts into service long-term agreements. - ISO 9001 quality audit (by Lloyd) and internal audits follow up. - Additional responsibility for implementation of new Purchase Order tool software in 2007, as team-leader. Projects: - Citydel : (50 000 m2 premium business center, ul. Zemlyanoy val, 9-11, Moscow) Tax Ministry (UFNS) and Office buildings (both in same location). Projects: HVAC automation, CCTV (Close Circuit Television), Access Control and intrusion detection. Projects include BMS software, hardware and field equipment. - “Voentorg” (premium business center near Kremlin, 60 000 m2, ul.Vozdvizhenka 10/2, Moscow). Complex system integration: BMS, heating plant, security (CCTV, AC, Intrusion detection), integration of all systems into intelligent building: parking, elevators, public address, fire fighting, energy management and power station, etc. Full stage performance: project design, installation, start-up, handover and maintenance. - Kopernik project (50 000 m2, B.Yakimanka 22, Moscow - premium business, fitness and apartment building, “intellectual building of Moscow” award in 2006): BMS, Light control, HVAC automation, Fire Alarm System and Public Address system, Engineering systems management in case of fire, Access Control with Proximity and RFID technology, Intrusion detection, video-intercom system (Urmet), CCTV, face identification and car tag recognition system, Professional insonification system, waiters radiocall system for restaurant, delivery and control of parking entrance gates. 3600K Euro contract. - other projects
