From December 2017 on, prior to being officially promoted to Senior position, I took all responsibilities to reorganize workflow, support seamless service and shorten the transition period of the Translation & Interpreting Department of the Project after a sudden dismissal of the previous Senior Interpreting Manager. From March 2018 on, I was promoted to Manager’s position officially which reflected my actual role of a group leader and manager.
