— Developing a trusted relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders; — Responsible for Market research, track key account metrics and competitive analysis; — Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients; — Liaising between the customer and internal teams; — Responsible for a listing procedure within the frame of affiliate programs such as CPA, CPI, and e.t.c;

— Responsible for the development of sales and distribution in Germany and Switzerland; —Responsible for trading operations: export policies & procedures (Incoterms 2010, invoices, orders, packing lists, sales reports and etc.); —Coordinating cargo export with customs brokers; — Managing marketing activities including both trade and brand marketing. — Producing business performance reports and sales management; — Responsible for Mystery Shopping research, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training;

— Planning and executing events with attention to financial and time constraints; —Responsible for implementing events that will meet the company’s expectations; —Managing all event operations (preparing venue, invitations, food, drinks etc.); — Managing supplier relations & analyzing event performance; — Responsible for promoting an event through various channels;
