I am responsible for promoting and developing German brands of lab equipment on Russian market through distributors network and direct customers contact. My key achievements: - have created, optimized and managed dealer network all over Russia; - have set up and been in charge of the service department for the selling equipment; - have set up and developed OEM market for the brands in Russia - increased brands awareness, hence, stable and steady sales growth has been achieved due to rearranging and developing distrubution network and improving technical customer support and service.

- I controlled the marketing activities in pharmacy networks according to the contracts; - provided pharmacies with promotional materials, optimized open displays and drew up an inventory, reported to Regional Account Manager

- I supported customer data base, monitored competitive activity, made commercial proposals according to customers’ requirements; - promoted the respective goods by carrying out demonstrations and making measure reports to potential customers. Product assortment: analytical lab equipment and research/analytical chemicals and ingredients for personal care, pharma and food industries.

I had a traineeship with typical lab function: - carried out sample preparation and analysis (FTIR spectrometry, HPLC inclusive); - worked with Pharmacopeia articles, participated in manufacturer's pharmacopoeial monograph releasing and grug registration process. The traineeship gave me an opportunity to recieve the respective skills of lab work in pharma and personal care fields and to be familiar with state requirements and systems (GMP/GLP, FDA, INCI etc).
