S&OP process -Launched in 2024 from scratch, Current duties – Sales Data analyses, Preparation and leading of Demand review, including all communications with sales and Marketing teams, KPI analysis and Presentation update to Company leads. Preparation of recommendations for management based on data analysis, including forecasts, development scenarios and risk assessment Preparation and confirmation of annual and quarterly sales budget plans Improving the accuracy of demand forecasting and optimizing production planning to control warehouse balances Weekly updating forecasts (adjustments) for the supply chain based on input sales data Planning launches of new products (calculation of volumes) Participation in the analysis of stock balances and movement and production needs (as needed)

• Supply plan creation and validation, based on the sales forecast and inventory level in line with the stock target • Stock Management (stock level optimization, obsolete analysis, supply control and collaborative planning) • Managing effective communications with external factories across Europe and Asia • Contributing to S&OP process with inputs related to constraints and supply limitations • Supporting new product launches from Supply Services side • Efficient use & constant improving of existing tools & techniques to manage forecasting process

• Organizing and controlling daily “order-to-cash” cycle, on-time and correctly paper work execution, orders closing, reclamations work and other business relations with customers (SCALA ERP) • Coordinating from CS Collaboration between warehouse, transport company and other SCJ departments for effective shipments • Analysing on monthly basis results of CS efficiency (OOS, PROMO fulfilment, sales results in accordance with forecast and SCJ Targets, identifying Key drivers and action steps for improvements)
